One rehearsal the girl doing the scream just went, "Ah." in the most monotone voice which was hilarious but we kept going, then it got to the vacuum solo and the boy gets up, goes over to see that the vacuum isn't there so without missing a beat, he just pantomimes a vacuum while saying "Vroom vroom." and everyone lost it.
I love this song so much we are doing it for our final concert it's so amazing and of course I love my part because I play the one and only French horn, this is such a amazing song!😊
We did this for our last concert! I loved my flute part and that the girls got to scream. Next year we might do Return Of the Dust Bunnies! I love this music so keep going and don't EVER STOP EVER!!❤️👍🏻
Man. I remember playin this on guitar for middle and high school band. Those were the days. This was our warm up song. We memorized it to the max. We didnt even need sheet music nor the conductor.
i played this as our final concert in grade 8 on my bass guitar, it was so fun this song is great! thank you mr la for being the best band teacher i’ve had!
I am in 6th grade and my band class is learning this piece for our spring concert and it's probably my favorite piece so far in band. I also love the clarinet solo probably because I get to play it❤
I’m playing this for my concert next month! We just had scream auditions for this song, and someone I know got it. I personally play bass drums, and this song is a classic for my school! It’s always been my favorite!
i played this a few weeks ago for band camp and we played it so much faster and now this sounds slow compared, my favorite piece i've played at the moment!
I played this at the first concert of 7th grade last year. Im trying to convince my teacher to play the sequel at the last 8th grade concert this year.
At the concert we played this in, our band teacher let the students introduce the songs, so I got the part and he told me to be very dramatic. So I was and I don't know HOW many compliments I got and people saying "when you get into high school you should be in drama!" Or, "you should be an actor!" Also Mr. Mally did great on the vacuum
This song has become such a god damn meme in our class. It has gotten to a point where our director has stated multiple times that he HATES hearing it. He cannot stand it anymore. We played this so long ago, and even just playing the first two notes sets him off.
I'm playing this at my Halloween concert I play the bass clarinet it's a little hard but it has the same part as low brass because it's a low wood wind
As someone who is currently learning this for my spring concert, this audio helps a lot with practicing at home so I can follow along and play my part. Lol I’m so late to comment-
