The Reveno clutch is by far the best performance clutch on the market for a scooter. They are lighter, grab harder and look sweet! They do chatter since they are a dry clutch. If you don’t like that sound you can instal your cvt case cover to delete the sound. it sounds a lot like a Ducati motorcycles dry clutch. It’s actually a legendary noice in my eyes :-).

I’ve got one on a well built 171 and I really like it. My only wish is that it would start to grab 500 rpm sooner. Really a minor tweak just for me and my setup. I love it otherwise and wouldn’t swap it for anything else currently on the market.

I am having trouble with performance exhaust it won’t get past the bottom of the frame what do I need to do heat it and bend it so it goes past the frame and then heat it to go up so I can put muffler on?

Do these work on higher rpm/power setups? been interested but I'm scared it will get smoked engaging at 9000rpm in a 30hp drag application (with proper break in first)

Reveno has a better version 2.0 to improve the rolling bearings inside to make the action smoother and reduce the chance of getting stuck and also has a mute kit to eliminate the metal knocking sound. My DRG158 is installed with the Reveno-2.0 front and rear groups in Taiwan's many modified products and interesting motorcycles also welcome everyone to travel or settle in Taiwan

GY6 can be installed. You can ask him if he can import Reveno version 2.0 from Taiwan. Front and rear groups. My DRG158 in Taiwan is also a GY6 engine, but I installed 2.0.

No clutch pulley needed on the zuma 50f. Just remove your old clutch and install the Reveno

I wouldn’t recommend these clutches for anything but a scooter. It’s to much weight for this style clutch

Kymco engines are not the same as common GY6 engines. Kymco is expensive. I'd sell it & just go buy a common gy6 Chinese scooter.

Ya, no problem. The only issue is when you are trying to do burnouts and stuff. Otherwise these clutches are incredibly reliable

No, definitely not normal. This wouldn’t be clutch related. This sounds pulley related

Usually just the bushings break. There's a bushing removal tool though. You'll also need a common Micrometer to measure the bushing dimensions for replacement.
