I’m so glad you talked about this brand! I spoke to the company before purchasing anything and asked some questions, like what is the concentration of liquid O2, etc. I found out that while their ingredients are very similar to MBR- and their Composition No 1 Serum is essentially their Liquid Surgery serum and the Definitive Line Serum is like the Cross Lift serum- Auteur has a bit less filler and more concentrate. Also, I found that their delivery system is a little better. I tried both the Comp No 1 serum and the Definitive Density cream, which is a very soft serum consistency. Both are incredible. The No 1 serum really blew me away tho- having tried both the liquid surgery and the No 1, I’d have to say the No 1 works more effectively and very quickly. I have reactive skin, so I can tell if something works (or doesn’t) in less than 12 hours. The No 1 is absolutely worth every penny. It is 1190$, but that’s much cheaper than the Liquid Surgery serum, about 700$ cheaper, and has a higher concentration of liquid O2. The other products are between 125 or so up to 390. Highly recommend!! Another thing Id like to recommend to the people that watch this channel is Nurse Jamie’s new Platinum 7 cream. This cream is really unlike anything I’ve ever used. I looked at the ingredient list and I was totally blown away. 50 grams for under 400$ of this stuff too. It’s easy up there with comp No 1 in terms of quality.

Yes, I have read that about the connection of Auteur and MBR, one of the people at the top of Auteur was formerly with MBR, so there is probably a bit of a rivalry there too.....which may be why Rescue Spa and a few others were carrying Auteur for awhile, but don't seem to be anymore. Danuta Mieloch of RS did a review of Auteur and she did say that the brands were very similar, but that Auteur was actually more potent. I bought about 8 of the sample packs a few months ago, and bought the full sized mask and toner spray. I loved all of it, and the full sizes have lasted over five months (but I did not use them every day) and I did wonder if the No.1 Serum was Auteur's version of Liquid Surgery Serum, so thank you Cassandra for answering that for me 😉 I loved No.1 also, and it is on my list. I will also check out that Platinum 7 cream!
Very informative!! I use BR since 3 years and startet now with the auteur enzyme cleanser (wow, really better in brightening and clearing the face than the mbr enzyme cleanser)and I tried the auteur mask too. I would like to see your total current am and pm skincare routine, including BR? Do you still use BR? I am not sure, if I should give up my beloved BR routine

I have tried both and mbr is the winner for me. Auteur one is scented, somehow more irritation to my skin(still does the job nicely but my skin is left too tight after using it as if I need more moisturizer to make up for stiffness). I tried loving it, just not there yet for me
Ya, this could certainly be the case. I have verrrry oily thick skin so I don’t notice a difference, but perhaps for any other skin type there might be a difference.
After this video ,I ordered Auteur Definitive set and I really wanted to like it ..but ..the Enzyme powder is my favorite so far ..the rest of the set didn’t suit my skin at all.I couldn’t use it since my skin started developing breakouts and blackheads..no idea why ,I also tried the retinol and mask and it did the same to my face .so far I m staying with my BR since that’s the only brand that suits my skin .
Hi! These are highly concentrated and if you used properly, you may either have a sensitivity to an ingredient or your skin was purging, which happens temporarily after using high actives. Happy Holidays!

Maybe I use the wrong combination since I use P50 in the am and than Auteur in the night or retinol ..maybe those don’t work good together..

I purchased several sets of their samples, which lasted me quite awhile, as well as the full size of the mask and the lifting toner. All are wonderful, and I agree with you on that mask......it is next-level👏 Also, have you tried any of the Eighth Day products? Their eye cream also contains a "Snake Venom Peptide" but it is not labeled as SynAke in the ingredients list. Their products are packed with peptides as well, have gotten tons of press lately, and their moisturizer bottle even looks similar to Auteur's, which is interesting. I have combination skin,no pimples,my main issue is that I feel my face full most of the times and I have dark circles(it’s genetic from my father’s side). I started used all the products you recommended from BR for the last 3 months but they told me that it needs 7-8 months for the skin to get used to it. Do you recommend me to continue with BR as soon as the products finish or to change to Auteur? And also which eye cream do you recommend for dark circles?I have tried too many but I saw no difference!

Hi!! It depends what your needs. I usually reach to BR now to fix specific issues like texture, pores or the occasional breakout. Auteur is an intense accelerated anti-aging line: wrinkles, lines, firmness, etc.

Hi Desi! I ordered the discovery set and am first trying the Line serum. Should I see results right away? Before I spend so much on a product, I want to know if it will work and am not seeing an immediate difference. Should I be pairing it with another product from the sample box to boost its efficacy? Hi!! 💛 Like with any product, you may see a difference within a couple of weeks but your cells turn over in a month so it usually takes months to see a significant improvement. Yes, I do recommend the Definitive Density Cream as well. If you use both, you will see a difference in a few months. They are both so concentrated in the right formula of peptides.

Composition 1 includes retinol and a few different peptide formulas. The retinol is very hydrating and suitable for people with sensitivity to Tretinoin. I am very focused on Return on Investment and in my experience, combining Line Serum and your own Tretinoin (if not sensitive) is more economical and gives you faster, similar result. 💛🌷

Love your content! Wanted to suggest the brand Circcell. Their ABO+ eye serum is pretty amazing. It pulls oxygen into the skin to stimulate circulation. It has really helped with my puffiness and dark circles. Wayne Goss has a review of it on RU-vid if interested in checking it out
