Hi Desi: new sub here, do you have links for the products that you speak about in this video? Maybe a promo code as well? I just found you and I'm so happy I did! Much love 😘😘💕💕
I'm not convinced this is not the work of a good surgeon. I can tell you how to get glowing fresh skin from products in your kitchen cupboard. NO gimmicks or lie's. No wrinkles, sagging or surgery. 1, Olive Oil repairs damaged stem cells, calm's an overactive nervous system, reduces excessive heat in the body - I used it for menopause, (sweats), PLUS moisturises the skin. I can say honestly, my skin was dry, wrinkly and had no glow. 3 months of olive oil, I am a new woman, aged 50, I look 30 changed my life and my body. Extra Virgin Olive Oil only 1/2tsp in my coffee every morning. 2. Kiwi Fruit repairs damaged DNA and well as high in Vit C. Voila! Please give it a shot. xx
Absolutely, most of my skin care come from natural products. I use a coffee grounds with flax seeds olive oil vitamin c crushed some sugar just for scrub and sometimes I put into a crushed aspirin. For me for me, it’s make my skin tighter and brighter smoother. Yes I believe you can do you own facial and skin regimen . Oh don’t forget retin A not natural but works!❤
I'm sorry but the best skincare routine will not lift sagging fascia! It's the underlying structure that is sagging; the skin just sits on top of it! You can ask any plastic surgeon or dermatologist or watch their videos here. They all say this!
@@LeTrashPanda That may be but she was talking mostly about antiaging skincare here which was also the only thing I was addressing. Facial massage, facial yoga, gua sha, etc may improve sagging, but not like an actual deep plane facelift and I'm talking as a woman in my early 50's, not as a 20 or 30 year old. My only point was that there is no skincare product you can apply to your skin that will lift the underlying fascia. And yes I have used Rx tretinoin for years, and I even apply Rx estradiol cream to my face every night. I never drink or smoke and I follow a special diet. None of these will lift fascia either, but my skin itself does look radiant.
@@krisq3616 I am 54 and have been doing Face Yoga and massage with castor oil since i was 50 when I started getting jowls. Today people think I'm 45. It so works.
@@LeTrashPanda I have a device that tightens muscles like NuFace and I see a huge difference for 2 days, I just never keep up on it but I definitely can't afford $516 dollar 1oz serums + over $300 for another that might last 1 month! It would be cheaper to get surgery or plasma treatments of some kind
I am desperately trying to find alternatives that are more affordable with same specs. I’m currently testing a lot as I do want to help as much as I can. I know that these are pricey but please, also pay attention to the specs and formulas I gave in the video as they are a good guide for what to look for. 💛🌷
@@grespinosa if your prescriptions are for health issues, consider watching videos from people doing the carnivore way of eating and their healing experiences. Dr. Shawn Baker Podcast is one youtube channel with those interviews.
@@w1975b I do, but just expect that if you're trying to treat a digestion problem, it won't be thecure... absorbing the nutrients is the main struggle but it's very low inflammation other than histamine if you have eggs or dairy. But histamine's a separate issue =)
Why do so many women get so defensive in the comments when videos like this are posted? Guys… even if she did have Botox even if she did have filler, etc., etc. which I’m not not saying that she did… but even so.. you have to take care of your skin in the proper way This is really good information and she is 100% correct about what the skin needs .
I completely agree with you . Taking care of your skin is an absolute commitment and investment. And if you are willing to spend the time, effort and money on good products and use good sun protection, you can get amazing results. She knows what she’s talking about. She has always been open about using Botox but she has absolutely beautiful skin so it’s more than just Botox.
It's misrepresentation, that's why. I have nothing against any type of procedure but skin care alone, I don't care how good it is, cannot produce the results shown on this beautiful woman.
Re Botox: it’s not mentioned here as Botox bears no relevance to Sagging or this video. To all new subs: Welcome! But if you haven’t seen any other of my videos, it’s never been a secret that I’ve done Botox above my eye-line every 6-8 months for 15 years, including in the photos you see in the past as they are from 8-9 years. Botox will not help with Sagging but if you want to reduce forehead lines, I do recommend if administered by a skilled medical professional. To the few of you who think I’ve had plastic surgery: that’s a huge compliment so Thank you! But no, I’ve never done plastic surgery.
@@Apexpurrfection Agreed! It also helps with upper eyelid sagging as it diminishes the downward pull of the occularis muscle. Just don't overdo Botox because it can atrophy muscles over time if over used.
Okay... I'm a believer! You look great and your improvement is amazing. You have obviously done your research, so thank you! I will try a Jessner peel and also look into peptides and growth factors. I'm on the fence about microcurrent devices because I don't want to shrink or harm the fat cells or disrupt the fascia.
Thank you for making these videos. I’ve started to follow your regimen. My skin has transformed dramatically. Ladies this content is legit. This is the best regimen you can find for anti-aging .
The device is what changes it all. And it CAN hurt you. The nu face device is a microcurrent device. It stimulates muscle toning through a direct current which is why there's 2 points of contact. A series of microcurrent treatments by a professional can give you results comparable to a face lift, minus the scarring. It can be dangerous if you have heart conditions or arent trained tonuse it properly. You can fry your thyroid, and if you have a pacemaker, you can fry your heart. However, this treatment is incredibly effective. Bragging about not having lasers, etc, makes it seem like lasers and medical treatments are a negative thing. Everything you're doing to exfoliate is just doing it at a slower rate than professional treatments. The expensive lines you're using are not necessarily a cost effective alternative to professional treatments for people to see results faster.
I have been using tretinoin for decades and that by itself did not do it for me. It wasn’t until I added the growth factors and peptides that I saw amazing results.
Derma rolling is also a must imo. Doesn't have to be an expensive Dr Pen either. I have one of those but I use the good quality manual rollers. 1.0mm for the whole face and a 0.25 for under the eyes. Once a week in conjunction with Retin A, Copper Peptides, Growth factors. Moisturiser is pointless for PM. All moisturiser does is hydrate the surface. I'll use it in the AM before a hydrating sunscreen. I use Squalane as the last step at night. If I don't use a moisturiser for a day, my skin stays hydrated because Squalane reaches the deeper layers. Doesn't matter if it's high end or from The Ordinary, as long as it's Squalane. Sorry this turned into a novel.. 🤣
Cod liver oil is full of vitamin A (retinol) in its most bioavailable form and vitanin D! Smells a bit like fishing boat, but if your partner can bear it its so worth it! Eat it, put it on your skin, you see amazing results after a few hours already! Cod liver oil capsules are very affordable. The bioactive vitamin D helps to preserve your bone structure.
Thank you for watching my video and your intelligent note. Some of the comments, yes 😂. They gave me a laugh but mostly I felt sorry for those people. They seem to have very miserable lives.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Starting a hydra facial tmrw with skin tightening and collagen from the radio frequency. May get one of the devices you shared and try two serums for now but eventually retinoids. In my mid 30s but I wear sunscreen often for a long time and moisturize.
I'm 77 and don't have a lot of money to spend on skincare. I use Neutrogena retinol cream, Simplicite face oil and The Ordinary Moisturising Factors. I don't have many wrinkles for my age. Oh, and I use SPF sunscreen daily.
Please. Everyone ages differently. There is not standard amount of wrinkles one gets at any age. Yes, take care of your skin, but think you lack of wrinkles has to do solely with that.
I agree with you. I used tretinoin for quite some time and I did, of course, see results but they were not drastic. When I incorporated Auteur per your suggestion, I could not believe my skin's transformation. People at work could not hold back and often commented how my skin looked youthful. I love your style, hair, and makeup. You are a pleasure not only to listen to but to look at as well. Thank you!
I used to have such good skin care routine, but due to a life circumstances, I dropped the ball for a few years. Thank you for the great information and for reminding me of all the great things we have available for our skin
My favorite micro current device is Foreo. It’s probably the most powerful, outside of a dermatology clinic. I try not to use a very high level because I don’t want to cause any atrophy from overuse. It’s been a huge game changer and I still look like I’m in my 20’s even though I’m in my mid 40’s. I’ll continue to this for the rest of my life! 😊
I used OneSkin for around 9 months and while it helped my skin slightly, it didn’t blow me away or provide the results they claim. My biggest gripe with the product is their OS-1 peptide is incapsulated in a cream and they recommend to use their cream as the first step of your skincare regimen to encourage absorption, prior to layering serums over top! I’ve stopped using it because of this. If they brought out a highly absorbable serum I’d start using it again and add it to my peptide repertoire. But yeah that’s my main problem with One Skin.
I have always taken good care of my skin but was never seeing great results until I started following your regimen. Once I added growth factors, good peptides and P50, I can’t believe the results I’ve seen. Can’t thank you enough for making these videos!!
Everyone's missing the fact these are pharmaceutical grade cosmetics - they will go deeper, produce faster results than the more mainstream products. And also, they last longer because you won't use as much product due to higher concentration. I appreciate that Desi has basically vetted these products so I don't waste money on a high end item only to find it doesn't work. I plan to slowly incorporate these as I save money. I know it's frustrating to know there's amazing products out there outside your budget. But for me, I have a desire to get these and will start saving for them. Thanks so much, Desi!
Such a smart note! Thank you for pointing this out. Yes, high concentration of the right Ingredients is what makes for a good effective product. 💛💛💛🌷🌷🌷
I agree with that, but who's gonna be able to afford $500 & $300 for 2 1oz products every month or 2 ? It's cheaper to just some work done by a professional and it'll last a whole lot longer
Lots of chemical compounds absorbed into ur skin and blood supply=== dis ease! You may look pretty for bit but don’t be surprised if some new diagnoses come round the corner
Fantastic video. Straight to the point. I purchased many of these products because of your recommendations and cannot wait to get results. I’ve been down about my sagging skin lately. It’s very encouraging to see your results. Thank you for sharing your before photos. I’ve stopped watching other influencers because I feel like they are trying to promote products that sponsor them. You don’t do that which is why I trust you. Don’t listen to any negative comments. I love your makeup. You are beautiful and classy. Your look is exactly what I’m going for. Please keep the videos coming and have a wonderful week!!!💕
I have listed the videos I had previously posted on Morning and Evening Skincare routine in the Description Box below but in short here is how I apply: Morning: Exfoliate, Calecim Evening: Peptides, Retinoid You can use the device any time of the day. I post reels on Instagram of how I actually apply if you want to see more. My IG handle is @desistark.
Thanks, from a new subscriber. I'm thrilled YT suggested your channel. I get overwhelmed by details sometimes and end up with analysis paralysis. And this additional breakdown helped my adult ADHD mind calm down. Best wishes!
Desi, if I want to continue using Vit c in the morning, how do I incorporate a peptide serum like Mae love especially due to the fact that it has copper peptide In it? Do they cancel each other out? Also, how long do you up your retinoid? After 6 months or can take longer please? Thank you! I am Going to follow this regime, but want to include both calecim serum AND the multi action cream.. If So, do these go before or after retinoid if I want to do these in the evenings ? Thank you!
I noticed some people here think you have had surgery i dont think that at all, it is obvious you are very passionate about anti aging, and i myself use expensive products too which have given me incredible results so if you look hard enough you can find alternatives to plastic surgery ect.! Thank you for your video and research.
Thank you so much for your note! I would have fixed my nose if I had surgery 😂 and I’m definitely not that old. I started this channel to help people and the smart ones see my videos and learn some things. There is always a small group of people who have the need to bash others without enough information as I find out those didn’t even see the video. Studies show that people like that feel extremely powerless and miserable in their own lives. I empathize with that and if bashing others helps them, then in all cases, my goal to help people has been accomplished. 💛💛💛
Wow! I just discovered this woman and channel. I've been researching on the side for the last 4 years, at 47, on scientific backed skin care to keep wrinkles at bay & keep a youthful complexion. I was lucky and didn't have any issues b4 then as I've always taken care of my skin. BUT she is repeating everything I've found to be true! I SWEAR by good peptide serums!!! Retinol is not enough for me even Rx strength. I actually liked Tazarotene LESS than some of my fave retinol serums with additional active ingredients! I also really really love my microcurrent device. I use Foreo over NuFace. Foreo has a stronger current avail than NuFace. Enjoy
I am so glad that I ran across this video. I purchased your recommended products to help my skin. I am 60 years old. I have been doing what your recommend and ALREADY AMAZING results! It has only been five days!! Thanks Desi!!
@@desistark I am so looking forward to it!! My lines on my upper lips have improved so much that I think I don’t need fillers anymore!! Which is amazing!!
It is enough to use tallow balm with beeswax, olive oil and safflower oil in a balm. A good bar of really superfatted natural olive oil and illipe and Shea butter soap and one made with goat milk or yogurt will exfoliate dead skin twice a week. One can reverse aging with simple fats. Think of leather conditioners, tallow and beeswax. You do not need to use chemicals. A good old fashioned bar of milk soap exfoliates in the best ways. ❤
I kind of agreed with you in some point but here is my list 1. Growth factor 2. Peptide 3. Tretinion or retinol u name it ,let talk about your extremely change by your photos this is really shocking and a bit …… only skincare ???? Am speechless 😮
You are correct on the 3 tenors. I am trying your regime. I have used the 3 tenors from Dr. Perricone MD for years. I take lots of supplements drink steam distilled water and eat healthy. I am 72 years young and have been doing microcurrent and LED light therapy for years. I have slight sagging and have added home radio frequency about 4 months ago. This has helped give me an extra lift. With the 3 tenors, I don't need to wear makeup, but add an spf cream as my last moisturizer. Only use a finishing amazon clay powder, blush and an eye liner is all I need. Oh castor oil for brows and lashes work great.
I have been using Obagi products along with Tretinoin for about two years now and I love it. It has really made a difference in my skin. Now I have discovered the Anteage MD system which uses bone marrow stem cells. (not from fetuses or anything like that) It also contains peptids and other ingredients for cell turnover. ( natural form of retinol) I hear you can also use your tretinoin as well if you want to increase that cell turnover. I am going to try it and see if it is better than the obagi. It uses less products and is not quite as expensive as the obagi. Why buy ten different products when you can get it all in just a few? I hear their eye cream is amazing as well!
I would like to see your current skin in the same lighting as the before picture. While your skin looks great, it seems like you have a filter like haze on your camera. I have/am trying some things your recommended. So far great results.
I post often stories on Instagram using my phone. Feel free to see there. For these videos I use a Canon DSLR camera, which unlike Sony cameras used by most YT creators, mine DOES NOT have a filter.
Increase protein Pilates and/or light weights And joint sparing cardio like rowing or swimming I used to weigh 497lbs, now... 270 and back on my diet. I've NEVER had sagging skin. In fact, I look 40lbs lighter... With no back fat or stomach. My curves are tight and no cellulite
Hi, can you suggest some affordable alternatives to Korean products? They tend to be quite expensive and “Could you provide a review of the Medi-Peel Bor-Tox Peptide Ampoule?
I just want to mention that I use a natural yoghurt face mask twice a week. It's worked wonders for me. Just plain, natural, 100% full fat yoghurt. I stupidly tried to use a collagen suplement from the supermarket and freaked out because my skin suddenly started aging rapidly. Devistating. But the yoghurt saved me. I love it. I am very interested, though in the microcurrent face device. I've noticed sagging around the jawline and this looks like a great solution. Thank you for explaining the reason that it works. I really liked this video.
Thanks Desi. I love exfoliating with sugar and Rose Hip oil. I start rubbing in circular motion at first it feels rough but the oil starts to melt the sugar and I rub for a good 5 min. I rinse with warm water . My skin is left absolutely baby soft all dead skin and white heads gone. I then shave my face. I do this every Sunday. . I scrub my hands also . I have the ZIPP and love it.
I have two questions : 1- Do you recommend using the Calecim serum instead of the multi action cream and recovery night ? 2- How do you incorporate the auteur line into the Calecim line? .. Thank you 😊 .. I love your channel by the way.
Thank you!! I prefer the Calecim serum because it’s a liquid consistency and I can use it in any routine. I usually use it in the morning and Auteur only at night.
I tried Auteur retinol, line serum and line cream. I see great result. My skin is lifting and even. I will add the Calecim serum that you suggested. My under is still puffy. Could you suggest any product for this issue? TIA Desi.
I put ice 🧊 cubes under my eyes rub back n forth and then my face ! It closes pours! Try Calecium eye … I also use skin roller.. salt contributes to under eye puffiness! 🙏🏼👍🫶💕🩵
Love it and so great to hear you love your results!!! 💛🌷 Are you referring to your under eye area being puffy? If yes, this is my most recent discovery: go.shopmy.us/p-3332232 It de-puffs immediately. Long term: Sisley Eye is great and Biologique Recherche Liposmose. go.shopmy.us/p-835192 go.shopmy.us/p-5623769
I'll have to keep researching for low budget products and get as close as I can to your regime, Desi. Using Ziip and Red Light mask, will keep trying. 71 in 3 weeks 😢
The smartest comment!! In addition to giving products I’ve used, I also give the Blueprint of what you need. Thank you for watching the video in its entirety and deducting that! I’ll try to be helpful further with that as I’m testing a lot of affordable skincare now. I’ll pick the most effective and film a video in the future. 💛💛💛🌷🌷🌷
Oh well i love my cardio and it’s the ONLY thing that works for my physical and mental health. Nothing better than a nice 1 hr walk or run to make me feel less anxious and calmer when i get home and i like getting out to the gym . In fact for me my cortisol levels go up when intense weightlifting. I’m never lift a single weight again. Thank god for muscle memory I’m naturally muscular from when i used to do my workouts and gymnastics when younger took long time to heal my body. Yoga works just fine I’m 45!!!
Hello Desi, I love your videos. I have used some BR products for over 5 years and I'm not satisfied or it can be better. The product I would like to continue to use is P50V and I would like to add retinol to my routine. I'm 33 and have normal (a little bit dehydrated and dull skin) with occasional breakouts. So after I watched many of your videos I think I will change my routine, but still, I'm not sure if I understand everything so is this okay: 1. BR VIP O2 for cleansing 2. BR P50V or Maelove (yellow) retinol (2-3 times a week) -when I use P50 I will not use retinol and vice versa 3. peptides - Maelove peptide squad 4. growth factor - Calecim multi-action cream Is it enough or do I have to add something? Is it in the right order? Is it enough to use Calecim multi-action cream for growth factor and for hydration? Sorry for such a long post/questions. I would like to try Auteur Definite Line serum but it's not in my budget right now. I'm from Europe so I need to find those things. Thank you very much :)
I am a new subscriber and so happy I found your channel. I am in my early sixties (60s) and have great skin. However, I desire healthier and even better skin. I currently do have the Zip and need to use it more. I will look at your videos and take notes to include changing my skincare. Great video. Keep them coming.
cold pressed castor oil is another relatively low cost option... i use aloe vera gel followed by castor oil at night and it does help. Microcurrent is great to tone muscles and believe it or not a paraffin wax max is very good for mature skin. Genetics, diet and stress also play a huge factor.
Just please keep in mind that if you have cancer history in your family or you're at high risk for cancer you should ABSOLUTELY NOT USE any type of growth factors ❤
I got the Suzanne Somers face master 25 years ago. It's way way stronger than anything they sell now. It kinda scared me when I first tried it, but OK now. I love it.
Sorry to be hogging your time on this video but I am super excited about Auteur. What is the difference in the Auteur Density cream and the Restorative cream? I am looking for something that I could use in daytime.
Reach out with questions any time! 💛 The Restoration cream is heavy and super hydrating. It’s not quite suitable for the morning. The Density cream is more potent for anti-aging and it has lighter more elegant texture.
@@desistark I might suggest for anyone in an older age stage (I'm 67) experiencing a dryness they're not used to -- the Restoration Cream is also quite amazing. I tried samples of both products and do like the Density Cream, but the extra hydration in the Restoration formula was kind of a prescription choice. Plus the fragrance is unique (is that a yeast scent? Not sure but I'm hooked)! ....my 2 cents for next-phase skin age-wise.
I love this Desi! Great information. Can you also make a video that sows your actual routine, so we know the order these products and eqipment are applied. Thanks!
I am nearly 50, never had Botox or filler and try everything under the sun before getting dermatitis and my liver got very toxic from retinol products, I change to all clean natural products like Castor oil, roseship oil etc and my skin did rejuvenate, I also do facia massages that work amazing to tone the skin, I believe synthetic products work but will never life the skin and will damage your liver and health, and is only on the superficial layers of the skin, that's my experience and I hope it helps someone,
Thanks for the note! I’m a bit unclear though as to how you damaged your liver from retinol. Were you drinking retinol? Because, if applied topically, it would be impossible for your liver to deteriorate.
@@desistark if you just google can retinol cause liver or health problems you will find lots of information regarding this, I do have routine blood test and liver test and is how I manage to see what was causing the problem thanks to an elevate liver reading,
Oh, no, your note was definitely not rude. That’s not why I asked or responded. I had some issues with an elevated liver enzyme last year myself so I can relate. But I reached for a lot of medical advice from doctors and it turned out to be from an over the counter supplement. Once I stopped it, all tests normalized. I wouldn’t rely on Google as a source of information as anyone can post there. It’s commendable you do your medical tests annual, I do the same. But I have to tell you with an utmost certainty, that liver cannot be damaged by a topically applied retinol. I’m only mentioning this as I do want to help and you still may need to find out what’s causing it. 💛🌷
@@desistark it was tretinol and it was the reason I got sick, headaches, migraines, tired all the time etc, my Liver taste changed once I stopped and detox it (it took around a full year) to get my health back, I know it sounds ridiculous but the body absorbe it, anyway is good to check and read the medical reports you find on google read about it
Thank you! I’ve never done micro-needling. I don’t do anything that requires too much time or downtime. But there is evidence to suggest that micro-needling boosts collagen production.
Hi Desi, Great video. Which retinoid do you suggest for mature skin that is already sagging around the jowls? And is there a specific order you use these products? Thanks so much
Hi!! Thank you for watching! I suggest Tretinoin. It works faster and you have control over the concentration. It’s also more economical. If you’ve never used any Retinoids before, you can start at a lower dosage to get used to it. 💛💛💛🌷🌷🌷
After a car accident, I needed some serious help with asymmetry of my face. Peta from Facerobics transformed my face and helped me with my TMJ pain. Her free exercises are more than enough to get results, she's tough but it's worth it. My face looks much more normal, nobody would know what I went through other than a scar that I'm working on that is also greatly reduced from LED light and scar tape at night. God bless my GF for introducing me to facial exercise. I also used the Facial Flex tool for my jaw, I was in really bad shape with my jaw alignment and needed more help there. That tool works great but it takes time so be patient.
Dry skin: Products that contain lipids and ceramides. You can even occlude with an oil on top. Lots of SPF. On hair: it depends on the reason for hair loss but I’ve tried 7 hair growth products and nothing takes less than 6-12 weeks. Diet also contributes. Please, find my video on hair loss. 💛🌷
Oh, that’s much easier. 😄 What helps me the most is a scalp treatment from Leonor Greyl (they have 2 for the scalp and both help) but also an oral supplement like Biotin 10ML and eating more protein.
@@desistark thank you! Every time I use hyluronic acid it dries my face out so bad and peels. I use moisturizer and sometimes castor oil. Even coconut oil sometimes and still won’t plump or hydrate my skin.
Thank you for your recommendations ! They are all fantastic , the one that has made the most difference is Calecim ! Incredible product , I’ve tried other growth factors and this is hands down the best ! I would have never known about it if it wasn’t for you :) and you’re right they all work like Tenors together 🎼 Thank you 🌸
well what can i say Desi, I have taken your advice and the clock has been turned back for the better. My skin is even better than when I was i my 20's. I am truly grateful for your advice and theses products work fast. Thank you so very very much Desi - rich blessings
just a few questions 1) should I get one thing from every category that you described? so if I get peptides I can just get one of them right? and 2) how to layer peptides? exfoliation? growth factor retinol? what's the sequence?
1. Yes, correct. Just one Peptide serum 2. Please, watch this video on the order of application as it does matter how you combine ingredients . ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mqKe-hUWRS4.html
She's not wrong. Everything she's telling you is true. She could very well be remodeling her skin with all these things combined. You would see results with just a couple
Thank you SO much for this video Desi, OMG. I'm 47 and I've been doing 4/6 (ziip and led) of the things you recommend and am NOT happy with my skin. Like you said, I've tried growth factors in the past that did nothing and I was only using only copper peptides. I've ordered your recommended peptides, growth factors and One Skin (because I'm raising my hand to it feels like nothing is working anymore!) and I'm so excited to receive my orders! Thank you so much, your video resonated so much, I am so grateful that the algorythms sent you my way!! ♥
Totally agree. I would add a 6th product. Sunscreen! The most important anti ageing product we can use, along with all these other ones, is sunscreen 🙂
Hear hear. I’m a guy and alot of guys are realising that too. I’ve been using it in and off since 2001 but since 2017 been using it regularly. I’m 51 now, was told by my work mate who is 25 thought I was 40! I’ll take that! 😁
Amazing point!! Sunscreen is a must. I posted my routines separately (attached below) and it’s of course mentioned there but it should always be mentioned💛💛💛🌷🌷🌷
@@softshallow7435 LOL exactly! We all (gen x and before) grew up being told it wasn't a big deal but we know now how much it is. It took forever to know even that we need it to be broad spectrum. It makes such a big difference.
@@DanteVelasquez I’m Indian guy who had severe eczema all my life and since my twenties I had steroid creams abuse of my skin with thinnning around my forehead, then mainly 30’s I started thinking my skin would look older than them people my age when I got older or even see if I can reverse my aging, I’m using certain other skin care regimes as well like cleansing, exfoliating and retinol creams, sunscreen doen’t help it enough without the help of the other treatments and these other treatments will [not] work if you do not use sunscreen. I can not say sunscreen enough. Last 5 years I’ve been eczema cured (in away) since using an injection for eczema.
@@softshallow7435 Wholeheartedly agree. My original point was what you are saying, that it doesn't matter how dedicated one is to a skincare regimen, not protecting your skin from sun damage will age you faster anyway.
Priceless video. Thank you so much for this. Same here, always taken care of my skin but even with that as I’m now 50 I feel like it’s not enough with what I’m using. Even considering some cosmetic help but really don’t want to go that route really. This video and info was priceless so thank you so much. ❤
Thank you so much!! 💛💛💛 The issue with cosmetic help is that once you start, you have to continue repeating every 2-3 years to maintain. I’m sure at 50, you haven’t crossed the “point of no return” yet. I’d delay anything cosmetic as much as I can. Even in spa procedures like lasers - these you have to do once a year. I’m not against any of these but I found this way with skincare. No downtime, no pain. 😄 💛💛💛🌷🌷🌷
what do you think of the timeless skin care line? Is it worth trying? Most of us don’t have the budget for expensive skin care and this brand is affordable
I completely understand. My experience has been with mostly luxury products for last 27 years but I’m currently testing a lot of affordable as well as I’d like to find what works just as good, if possible, and help as many people as I can. I’ll be posting content on this in the future. I like some Timeless products. Please, watch the videos posted below for more detail. 💛
Great video, Desi! You consistently share effective, honest, and to-the-point information. Also, thanks for showing us the 2016 vs 2024 photos. It helps prove that these skincare compounds and techniques make a difference.
The myolift mini is an amazing micro-current device. I use LED mask but the two modalities that work synergistically with these are a micro needling device like a Dr.Pen and a radio frequency device like the Newa. They are also game changers. The Newa has five independent studies that prove its effectiveness when it’s combined with micro-current is very effective.
Definitely true! I do not do any micro-needling as I do not do anything that requires any downtime. But there are clinical studies shown increase in collagen production with regular treatments. I also have the Newa RF device. Haven’t tried it yet but will report after a 45 day test.
You will appreciate watching penn smith skincare. She has excellent content like you presented in this video. Glad to find your chamnel. I jave been ising Viktoria Deann peptides. It is a kit and I was told from the company to not combine other products. I am loving this line.
@@fg9223 she has had work done but when discussing certain products or devices she is filled with research & helpful tips/information. I love her channel
Hi! This is not an entire routine but rather the 5 most important ones for firming the skin: peptides, growth factors, Retinoids, micro current therapy and exfoliation. If you are not specifically sensitive or allergic to any ingredients and you can tolerate (especially Retinoids), all these are universally helpful for all skin types. Really good question. Thank you for asking! 🌷
Valid and great advice! I’ve been an SVP in Finance for 20 years. I used to work 18 hr days, travel on business all the time and ate whenever I had the time. I found balance a few years ago (especially with COVID) and definitely helped with my appearance tremendously. So thank you for bringing it up! 💛
Dear Desi, Thank you for sharing this information with us all. After watching your video, I ordered the CurrentBody Skin LED Light Therapy Face Mask. I am looking forward to starting to use it and seeing the results.
Hi, if you ordered the LED mask today or this week, you are getting the new one. It’s the most advanced and best LED mask on market. I’m posting a video on it on Sunday. It’s amazing!!! 🌷
ladies in the comments from my experience with skin care products: a brand called fillerina , i highly recommend fillerina products, they are expensive but the results are amazing, it has grades depending on your skin condition , i use the day and night creams, drink a smoothie of either spinach or kale with parsley and carrot juice and a squeeze of lemon everyday if u can replace a meal with two big glasses of this smoothie it would be great , eat mixed berries everyday if possible and the most important of all, use butter, ghee or coconut oil instead of oils in your diet and add avocado at least twice a week , stay away from pastry and bread and dessert as much as u can
Huge compliment. Thank you!! But if I had a facelift, don’t you think I would have reduced the giant forehead I have not mention the nose? Are you seeing the size of my forehead?? It’s taking over my face. Definitely would have fixed that first.
Hi! Thank you for your note! Absolutely not! You don’t need the exact products that’s why I also spent time in this video on the specs and formulation of the products you need so you avoid buying things that don’t work. 💛💛💛🌷🌷🌷
Thank you! Yes, absolutely. I use my whole routine (except for the eye creams) on my face, neck, décolleté and back of hands. The micro-current device: face and neck. 💛🌷
You are such an inspiration! I am definitely going to save up and invest in the products you are talking about. So far I have been using a derma pen and prescription retin-a. I'm 32 and want to keep things up. I've never heard of pretty much any of the things you mentioned so you taught me a lot in this video! Thank you for making this
I’m happy to hear! Prevention is always easier than reversing so you are at a perfect age to prolong the fabulous state of your skin!! That’s long term planning and I congratulate you for having the foresight to do so! 🌷💛
I put on e45 and get on with my life....I'm 47, I'm aging and I'm really happy focusing on my family and business, I'm really glad I'm not obsessed about my face / body....I think it can hold you captive. Aging women look beautiful.
Not all of us can use microcurrent devices, me for one. I have a pacemaker and anyone with a pacemaker can't use microcurrent or radio frequency devices. Plus Dr. Rajani said these cause facial fat pad loss.
Great question! A combination of Retinoids and Niacinamide. It may take some time but you will see progress. 💛🌷 I’m currently testing a product designated for this specific issue but I can’t recommend yet as I don’t have a fully formed opinion on results. The first option worked for me.
You said that the peptides should be diversified. How can we know if the peptides are diversified? How many different peptides should there be? Are there any specific peptides that you recommend?
Hi! I mentioned in the video that I’ve created another video specifically on the science of Peptides. It’s the “Guide to Peptides” video and it’s attached below. I’ve also created a video on the Best 10 Peptides. Also attached below in Box. 💛
I’ve never done any surgery or anything that requires healing or downtime. No fillers either. My face is pointy and fillers would not be suitable and very visible. Not against any of it nor judging people who do any procedures. That’s a personal choice.
