IMO, this should be for upper chest due to the adduction factor (tucked elbows at the top making your pecs flex inward, similar to cable crossovers, and building your inner chest)
@@nvmffs If you never done one specific exercise, then you go for a light weight because you need to learn the movement. Starting a new exercise you never did before with a heavy weight is just dumb and dangerous. First learn the movement then you can add weight.
