The added benefit of a reverse grip is that you add internal rotation to adduction so this “arnold version” makes it useless

IMO, this should be for upper chest due to the adduction factor (tucked elbows at the top making your pecs flex inward, similar to cable crossovers, and building your inner chest)

@@nvmffs If you never done one specific exercise, then you go for a light weight because you need to learn the movement. Starting a new exercise you never did before with a heavy weight is just dumb and dangerous. First learn the movement then you can add weight.
