Dit programma is all weer een paar jaar geleden maar ben blij dat ik het gevonden hebt. Kom herkenbare verhalen tegen. Het motiveert mij om door te blijven gaan met mijn verandering van eten.

I eat two meals a day low carb, and walk after every meal. I no longer take insulin. Its 100% controlled though diet, exercise and fasting (skipping breakfast).

Fast. Many religions do it. Research fasting to cure diabetes.
