This is the 4th strand I've found so far that has started to return to its normal color, after 3 months of working on reversing gray hair naturally. I still have some more strands to go, but this is a promising start! The blog post has allll the juicy details on reversing gray naturally: mariamarlowe.com/blog/how-i-reversed-gray-hair-and-you-can-too/
@@VicToria-sd1dnthanks ❤❤ the main one is b12 . I’ve done this myself and have reversed more than 4 strands like she claims. All my white hairs are now back to black by adding more b12 into my diet ❤❤
Yeah I noticed things about my head too. Im only 26 and few hairs stuck out just like hers. I feel in my body that something wasnt right so i went to the doctor and got tested and noticed that i was lacking few minerals once the doctor told me i started eating lot more of my vitamin which was B12 , C and A and i then noticed it gotten lot better since then i was really concerned honestly but that goes to show vitamin are extremely important in your diet. And this is very true!!!
Thanks for sharing your experience, to highlight the importance of nutrition! I think the important thing here is the testing - because we each will have different deficiencies or heavy metals, and the best results in terms of reversing grays will only come if we then address our specific needs.
Hi! Thanks for sharing. When you went to the doctor what exactly did you request to be tested? Minerals or vitamins? I ask because when I asked my doctor they tested on only limited and certain vitamins that wasn’t what I wanted. I wished they were more specific and provided results on these types of vitamins. If you know what I mean. A part of me feels they purposely don’t want us to know unless we truly specify what we want to know. Thanks in advance for any insights! All the best, -Aurora
Finally, I controlled my dandruff and hairfall. Step 1: Massage hair oil and leave it overnight or for a minimum of an hour for it to work. Secondly, Rinse it out with shampoo. Step 3: Apply conditioner that you prefer to the roots of your hair. I used littleeextra cococonion anti hair fall kit for these steps as it's mild and organic, and is considered good for hair fall control. Incase if you also have dandruff, use lemon juice on your scalp minimum once a week before shampooing and rinse it out about an hour later.
It actually do help i been doing that and trying no shampoo for 2 months and my hair have much volume and is shiny but i am considering to test my mineral like she did so that i can supplement my deficient mineral
I also have hair part black and part white. I read your article. Thank you! I was actually looking for something like this. Some of us dont have such friends who would talk to us and tell us their problem thoroughly. You did great job. You talked to us through your blog. And it was really helpful. We hold a lot of emotions inside us.
Thank you so much for sharing this, today I've visited my hairdresser and he said me to check the analysis. I have much more grey hair appeared in a short time.
What's the point of this video if you're not gona tell us this "something else" 😅 i hate this type of content that just turns into advertising. So useless
Thanks a lot for ur information,I have grey hair issue at age 30 now ,sure i will go to doctor tomorrow. I will go for vitamin tests. love from india ❤
@@GLOWbyMarlowe please tell vitamins and minerals which deficiency cause greying hair ..I m 26 and I m getting grey hairs.... Please help .... Love from India
Where do you get the tests? I got mine from my doctor but they say everything is good and I know there’s a deficiency. Can’t always trust conventional tests.
Hi Marlowe! Thanks for sharing! Do you have a script on what exactly we should request our doctors when we want to be tested on our mineral and/or vitamins? Any insights will be appreciated. Thanks in advance! -Aurora ❤❤❤
Hi! You can request a full mineral panel (calcium, magnesium, iron, iodine, selenium, copper, zinc,), Vitamin Panel (Including all B-vitamins, and Vitamins A, E, D, K, C). Heavy metal testing is also important for pre-mature gray - urine is best. Sometimes, you will need to go to a more specialized doctor or lab for these tests.
I have striped grays. I have normal ones too, surprisingly their texture is not coarse like my normal hair. I think the striped ones are a result of not eating due to a stressful and depressive period in my life. Idk why that would affect pigment in my hair, but i truly believe it did.
There are many different nutrient deficiencies that can contribute to premature greying - that's why it's best to get your vitamin and mineral levels tested (because what was the cause of mine, may not be the cause of yours). Copper, iodine, iron, Vitamin B-12, and Vitamin D are some of most common ones.
@@deantibbz5715probably because she doesn't want people to start taking a lot of the particular mineral she was deficient in, if they are not. They could end up taking too much, so it makes sense she has given a general list, and advised people to get a blood test.
I don’t think so. I use rosemary oil almost everyday and while it makes my hair grow very fast I still have one side of my head that has a lot of grey hairs and I’m 30
I did my bloodwork at a local medical center that offers the service...Typically a functional medicine doctor, naturopathic doctor or more holisitic medical center will offer the service. There are also some online mail order blood testing services that offer this.
I am 78 years Young an a very little gray hair although as a youth I was a towhead blonde but today I would call it dirty blonde. Haha. Although I have lived in stressful situations, I usually manage to not allow stressful feelings. I've never been good about taking pills but I do try to eat as good as I can with what I have available to me. I also bless my food and request my source to provide perfect digestion, transmutation, assimilation and elimination. The transmutation part is where I asked for all the vitamins, minerals, proteins, et cetera that my body needs for this day
The clip of showing her hair is so fake! She has turned the hair upside down and has increased tension by placing it under her fingers! Dont fall for things guys
I have such hairs.. I don’t know why or what I did, but some grey hairs start to grow in my natural colour again. It’s possible.. but don’t ask me how 😅
Our ayurveda ki hair care+ dva try kro jisko bhi apne baal kale krne hi maine use kia tha acha rslt mila mujhe. Ye sb nuskhe k chakkar me mat ao kuch nhi hota
lol. You missed the entire point of the video....yes, everyday each one of us is getting older. But premature gray hair can be a sign of imbalances - such as nutrient deficiencies or heavy metal exposure - and once corrected, the hair returns to its normal color, as it has in my case. So, nope, hard disagree!
