I like it. I have same this one. I just want to let you know that it has remote start. Just push the door locks button 3 times. And wait for 2 seconds. It gonna start right away. Best regards

Nice review! My mom said she is going to buy it December of 2018. The signature trim level is really nice and the interior is so luxurious.

One thing they should have mentioned: The engine puts out 310 lb/ft of torque, regardless of gas grade, you'll get 227 HP on 87 octane gas and 252 HP on premium gas. Either way, you get the same low end torque.

I bought a 2018 Mazda cx-9 last week I got the gt model which has a lot more options 2016 like heated seats in the rear heated steering wheel and others even 2017 did not have a heated steering wheel.

Dang, looks like a game changer for the mid size SUV/crossover market - competitors Pilot, Highlander, MDX. I like the tech package and the awesome styling, 4 cylinder for fuel efficiency and turbo charged for more pep and torque.

Not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but that's the Signature version, which has wood trim and nappa leather. It's a step above the Grand Touring.

I appreciate your presentation but I expected from you a better explanation about the CX9 engine and performance in relation to a V6 cylinder Eng. Is this engine durable enough for a SUV usage (example long family trips) in comparison to a conventional V6 SUV?. How is the impact in a medium and long term in the performance and durability of an engine supported just for 4 Cylinder with high HP and torque in relation to a 6 cylinder engine in terms of fatigue and durability?. What are pros and cons or advantages and disadvantages. I guaranty you that these are the major questions that people ask to themselves when take the option for purchasing a CX9 instead of a conventional SUV V6 like Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander or Nissan pathfinder or Murano. How was the handling and cornering going up to Tahoe?

Just for your note. The radar for adaptive cruise control is placed within the front mask Mazda logo and not behind the rear view mirror. If u have it the Mazda logo is like flat glossy surface and not like the classic 3D curved logo on other Mazdas.

7 large people and cargo to fill the back was too much for the turbo 4 cylinder on the Altamont. I left the boat home. Futhermore it was too scary to maneuver on the back winding roads with all the weight. On flat surface like the valley, awesome suv.

was on the verge of getting a Grand Touring but couldn't get over the grumpiness of the vehicle front seats end up getting the Explorer don't drive as good as the Mazda but much more space and you get more for the money

I don't know your height, but at 6' 4" I found the driver's seating uncomfortable. 1. The power adjustment goes fore and aft but has no up and down which helps to compensate for long legged people; 2. The left-foot dead pedal is way too high and intrudes too far into the legroom for me. These were a deal breaker for an otherwise fine vehicle.

Is this a loaner or is the car yours?, I've driven this car and I have to say Mazda almost made a premium car!

Powered windows shouldn't be something impressive. I mean base Camrys from 5-6 years ago have powered windows in the back seats

Dude, 5 thing that are absolute deal breakers for me. 1. Lack of 3rd row AC / Air vents. 2. No perforated heated and cooled seats. 3. No Option for Panoramic sunroof, 4. No Apple Car Play it Android. 5. No heated steering wheel.

How does it perform fully loaded with 7 adults climbing up those hills to Lake Tahoe ? I like to know since it's only a 4 cylinder vehicle. I'll let you know after this weekend since I'm going to mazda dealership in Tracy,Ca. I'm bringing 7 fat grown asian americans, two coolers full of beer, three tents, 7 chairs, (camping gear), electronics, etc... and a trailer with a boat and see if it could climb the Altamont or is it going to lagging behind the semis. I could do all this with a chevy suburban with no problem. I'm undecided if I want to buy the old cx9 with the V6 or the new with a 4 cylinder.

Disappointed no Panoramic roof, 360 camera, Apple or Android, ventilated seats etc... The competition has it on less expensive. "Come on Mazda listen to your customers hopefully 2018 redesign has those options
