Review: 2004 PT Cruiser 

My PT has been very good to me for the past 4 years. I bought it in 2006 for $13K. It shouldnt have anything wrong with it for that price! I went from 31,000 miles to over 90,000 miles in 3 years. Thankyou Chrysler, probably the only good car you'll ever build again.

I just purchased a 2005 GT Convertible that has been beautifully maintained. It runs like a top, is rock solid (no rattles) and handles nicely. I've owned a few convertibles and so far this is the most solid. You need to make sure that they have been regularly maintained (timing belts, coolant, plugs, etc) and then they are reliable.

I recently purchased a 2006 pt convertable 2.4. Limited. I love this car. It’s done 55k runs like a dream. Not sure on fuel consumption. Actually I don’t care. Only really drive her on weekends lol. Dave

I love my 09 dream cruiser. It has everything. I like the larger wheels.

The convertible is an early 2005 model, introduced early '04. No 2004 model convertibles were built.

i actually like my pt. Its a gt (ho turbo)..does 0-100kph in about 6....not too bad, but not good gas milleage loll

@TinManl The sound system in mine is very good for the year! It has a really full base and a very clear and crisp surround sound! I like how the display shows the names of whos singing. I would say overall Ive been happy with the sound system, and its even better with cds, yet regular radio stations come in crisp and clear. I never hear any static! :D I love my car, now its got 115,000+ miles at its still like new b/c I take care of it! :D

I just got a 2005 pt ,,convertible,, yea ,,,,,,,,,, it isnt me,,, but its a blast to drive,, almost like the cars in Disney world size,,, escept it goes a little faster,,, still a nice car for 6g its sturdy,,, and roomy on the inside,, I just feel weird or gay driving it,, especailly when crack head bob comes along side of me with his full size F150,, YIKES,,now i feel small,,

The PT CRUISER IS NOT A LUXURY CAR AND IT IS SLOW CHANGE MY MIND

i rented this pt crap for one day and it handles like crap, cheap interior, no power, ugly ass cube ball shifter...this car is crap compared to my 2003 vw gti.
