Ingredients from Amazon: (I'm not sure if it's correct because I do have these strips and there is no list of ingredients on the package, it's made in China and as far I know they don't have to put it): Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Aqua, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic. If it's true then Phthalimidoperoxycaproic is stronger than hydrogen paroxide, but more harmful at the same time. However, I use it currently and it only works temporary for around 30 minutes, so I don't think these ingredients are true, it's rather fake whitening. Also, there is no information about safety regulations so I don't know what is that lady talking about... Only info that comes with these strips is how to use it... I do not recommend.
Depends on how stained or yellow your teeth are and how white you want them .I did mine every other day for two weeks and my teeth were 2 shades lighter and it removed yellow stains. If you want bright white teeth. It will probably take longer use depending on color of your teeth to begin with
