Dom, although the frame is thinner (is that what you referred to smaller in size)? How the screen size look to you? Is it now more edge to edge? Would you put a screen protector on? I’m going from the 14max (too big) down to 15pro (I think will be enough screen size for average user and easy to carry and operate) Natural Titanium and Pikata Aramid Fiber light and slim fitting case to show off some of the titanium.

Great review. It's very common though for phones not to ship with a USB type 3.0/3.2 cable. It gives you a cable for charging, not for fast data transfer.

I mean, it's fairly common knowledge that these phones are press review units. You'll notice The Verge, the Wall Street Journal, etc. all got theirs, too, and they're almost all the same color and configuration. It's so they can do their reviews in time for the press embargo to lift, which is generally 2-3 days before launch. Notice how everyone released their unboxing review videos yesterday. That's not a coincidence.. Then they send them back on Friday and await delivery of their own personal devices just like the rest of us. It's been this way for years and has nothing to do with preferential treatment lol.

Nothing to do with that. I’m not an influencer or anything related. I logged on to the apple shop on preorder day, bought it, getting it delivered on release day. Reviewers get press phones sent to them, and then they send em back. You want the phone on release day? You gotta be sure to get your order in quick. iPhones are always popular on release day. That’s not news.

They got review units (Apple’s property) which they promptly have to send back once the embargo lifts and their weeklong press review period is over. Then they wait until launch day to get their real orders that they paid for with their real money, just like you and me. I was up at 6AM last week so I could place a preorder for my 15 Pro in the most popular size, color, and storage tier and guess what! It gets here on Friday. Launch day. And I’m just a regular dude. So don’t go crying about influencers and preferential treatment just because you don’t know how to set an alarm 😂

I also prefer the white. The natural titanium phone is a bit gray and will get boring pretty fast. But I have to see it in person, might be more like silver color in reality.
