I follow Marie, too. She is so funny. So glad she has moved back to Texas. She seems so much happier. I think those “Chelsea” doll clothes are new styles. I think the ones I’ve seen in the past were different. Nice find. Thanks so much for the review!
Super helpful video Robynn! I have purchased the forever friends doll and some outfits, as well as some wardrobes. Last year, I purchased several sets of boy and girl Chelsea style clothing options on Amazon. They are a generic line, and can't say how much I paid for each set of 10 outfits, but guessing around $1 a piece (they came with shoes as well). It's always nice to send extra outfits with dolls. Interestingly, I was hoping those amazon clothing sets might fit the forever friends dolls, and they do but are a little large. I haven't thought to try clothes on the small hair amazing dolls, but great idea. I appreciate your taking the time to share your findings and thoughts.
If you want to make thin fabric a little stiffer, you can add some watered down glue to the back of the area. I mix a little water with Elmers glue and then apply it. I only use a very thin coat. This also helps with fraying.
Hey Robynn, thanks for this review, I've been wondering about those dresses. I was thinking make you could use some of the No Fray liquid from the sewing department on the sleeveless dresses. It might make then last longer without fraying. Just an idea.
