I´m glad you like the expansion, the Kilimanjaro meeple is my favorite part of it :D

Thanks for the overview! Ecos is a great game, although I don't know if it gets played enough to justify getting the expansion

I’m still wondering why they make you place a land mass tile over the original tiles, or even why they included the Mt Killamanjaro piece. These seem like a consolation for the amount of content included in the expansion. Besides the cards and animals, is anything else there to justify the price? Don’t get me wrong, I love and paid for the expansion with no issue. However, upon playing it and deciding weather the extra content was worth the price, I felt that this could be in a smaller box with a lower price point. Perhaps they will reissue the game in a big box format and meet gamers new to Ecos with a better product. Great job!

I can see that. I feel like the land mass tiles might make it easier to visually keep track of what is toward a land mass objective vs regular tiles for everyone playing.
