A heavyweight in the Swedish branch, which attracts with its powerful set of characteristics. Let's look at everything in order, and also highlight the pros and cons and determine the tactics of fighting on Emil I.
We begin our review of this tank with its viewing radius of 360 meters. A weak result that will definitely have to be improved to a more comfortable one with the help of equipment.
The mass of this strand is 28.8/32 tons, the engine is installed with a capacity of 380 horsepower. From here we get a rather weak specific power - 13.19 hp/t. We conclude that the dynamics of the tank are mediocre.
But the same cannot be said about maximum speed. It's great here - 50/16 km/h. Mobility is a significant advantage over the enemy. It is worth remembering, however, that maneuverability here is not very good.
The safety factor of EMIL I is 1,400 units. The strongest part of the tank is the frontal projection of the turret. The turret armor parameters are 180/35/20 mm. We see that it will be difficult for our classmates to break through us, but when playing at the bottom of the list you need to be extremely careful, especially if enemy vehicles charge gold.
Hull armor is determined by the value 100/20/30 mm. In principle, it is advisable to hide the body, because even the seventh level equipment is capable of penetrating the upper armor plate and NLD.
The side armor is even weaker. Here the best tactic is to simply hide this part of the hull from the enemy’s gaze. You can, of course, see parts of the airborne projection where projectiles could ricochet, but this will not happen often, so it is safer to simply not check the likelihood of ricochet.
Emil I is a vehicle equipped with a loading drum, which automatically makes the tank more interesting. The magazine holds 4 shells. The one-time damage of the top gun does not stand out among its classmates - 320/320/420 units. The gun's rate of fire is 5.68 units/sec, which gives us damage per minute of 1280 units. Remember that the cooldown between shots is 3 seconds. It takes 37 seconds to fully reload the magazine. This is a pretty good result, considering that a full recharge usually takes longer.
The armor penetration rating of our tank is 217/242/53 mm. In order to feel more comfortable and confident in battle, we recommend carrying two or three gold reels, but the more, the better.
Accuracy is not outstanding. The aiming time is long, and the spread per 100 meters is large. In order for playing on a tank to be enjoyable, we recommend that you also adjust this point with the help of equipment.
The vertical aiming angles are much more pleasing. The gun is lowered 12 degrees. This UVN indicator gives a significant advantage over the enemy.
