How many of you like to get your feet massaged? I know I do. In fact I once had an hour foot massage and I might even say it was better than a full body massage. Well, for all of you people like me, I reviewed a foot massager from Bob & Brad over the last month. Did it help my plantar fasciitis?

Perhaps you remember the best foot massage ever, that was in Vietnam. If somebody could bottle that now we’d be talking. Also have Plantars, it sucks.

I agree. I can't forget that one! Fyi...update. I went to the foot Dr. and I don't have Plantar Fasciitis. I have a residual effect when I strained both my achilles a few months back. In PT now and slowly recovering.

New subscriber here (your supplements videos) Hey just FYI I had planters fac really bad. Did a master cleanse and it completely went away and never returned. Anyway I’m with you, will take a foot massage over a full body anyway

Awesome thank you! btw I just got my 721 machine and it's really nice however my wife are saying it meets just shy of what human hands can do but it certainly gets part of the way there. I've learned that your sitting angle plays a big role. I wish i could position the kneaders a bit to target the exact spot on my feet. Not a bad purchase though@@FitnessFinance4u

Trig...I didn't notice any "ankle massaging" as the massaging elements are in position for the bottom and sides of the feet.

I had one of those,but a different name brand,it caused me foot pain that lasted quite awhile, everyone else that tried it also said it was too painful to use, I threw it away,I do have arthritis in my feet,so that might have been why.

I kept it for about a year, then gave it away. I liked it. I stopped using it as my foot issues went away. Did this help? Maybe a little? Especially after PT sessions or long walks.
