If you are interested in this battery here is the link to the EASYLONGER CPAP Battery Backup ES960 on Amazon: amzn.to/3CgRwxZ I worked real hard to test this battery as fully as I could with the tools and knowledge I have to work with. I might have gone a little hard on the inaccuracy of the batteries ability to know its own state of charge but it is something that bothered me. Overall this battery pack is impressive with its features and its capacity. I will continue to use it and maybe with a few more cycles of the battery the state of charge meter will sync up with the batteries actual capacity and give me a more accurate reading. I felt pressured to get this video posted, not by Easylonger but from myself to just get it out so I could move on to the next project. Sorry this video is so long, I said everything I wanted to say and the most important stuff is at the beginning of the video. Stay complainant with your CPAP therapy my friends.
Good review I had watched reviews of the smaller one but found your review and another one that said the something so I canceled my order. I just use my power station with mu CPAP. Side note I live in Houston and we haven’t had rolling blackouts.
The big easy longer is still working for me. I think it’s state of charge problems are unrelated to its functionality at this point. Im glad to have one and it’s super handy for camping for sure. If I was to buy one instead of sent one I might go for a larger unit that could at least give me one night with heat and humidity on my cpap just because I don’t like dry sinuses in the morning.
I have a very accurate 12v cigarette reader accurate down to two decimal points. Do you think this would be an accurate way to tell battery capacity (not under load) using your battery voltage percentage chart?
Maybe you should contact the Easylonger company to confirm what the issue might be with the state of charge issue. Could be just a lemon. I’m interested in this one and now this makes me hesitant to purchase. I want it just for UPS mode.
Hi I live in the UK, we use 240v. I don't use heat and humidity. Do you know how long this battery would potentially run my Dream Station (2022 version). I live in an area with a lot of power outages. Yesterday morning our power was off from 3am until 8am. I have the most terrible night of my life.
I just got my today. On the box, it says it has been updated to match the battery charged with the meter. I will let you know if it has a problem with it.
That is great! I like it a lot and literally the only concern I had was the state of charge. It got me spiraling down a worry rabbit hole of why doesn’t it know it’s state of charge. I would appreciate the update from you if the state of charge works better.
@@BenHuttash My pressure is too high. So it is not worth me using it for my sleep. I need a larger battery. My machine takes 100 watts to keep it working correctly. Thank You for teaching me.
I did all the testing inside my house in climate control. The battery provided full capacity and functioned great other then the state of charge being unreliable to the point of being useless. I like the battery a lot other then the accuracy of the state of charge issue.
Does it have an auto shutoff for low power use? I have been trying for days to get the answer from EasyLonger without success. All the power stations I have seen turn off at 8 hours. You can disable this on the EcoFlow through their app. It is easy to test; S9 and 9 hours.
You know I don’t know. I didn’t get a single 8 hour night during my testing of this battery. What I do know is that the 12volt cigar lighter car port is on all the time until the BMS shuts it down. I don’t know if the adjustment voltage output port times out or not.
