Loved your video, i already have a pair of the shokz bone on bone which are good but regular use become uncomfortable, the open fit feel great but will only pair with a device. I need these to pair to my tv via a fm Bluetooth transmitter, have you tried this/ any thoughts appreciated.
Hi Charlie, thanks for the compliment! It is unfortunate that they can only pair prepared with one device, but using them to better hear the TV sounds like a good idea. I find the fit comfortable, however, the left one didn’t fit perfectly on my ear, so I suggest getting a pair and making sure the fit is correct first. Only then decide whether you would keep them or not, and then you could just return them.
I just received a pair from my son. After watching this video I’m scared to try it on the train. And yes, I agree with you. It is a weird fit. I’m going to try them today and if anything I’m going to tell him to return them. Thanks for your time and putting together this video.
Thank you for watching! I do hope they work out, but yeah, if you’re looking for a pair to wear on the train, I would definitely recommend something with noise canceling features.
I tried the shokz bone conduction ear phone and that one didn’t work for me either. The volume might not work for you as it did not for me and my hearing is fine. Its just not loud enough. Also, when I turned the volume up to 100 it will create some vibration that is strong enough that it really bothers me a lot and especially where the buds is sitting at- its just really uncomfortable.
Oh wow okay. Well thanks for resetting my expectations. I was prepared for a lower audio quality, but was really hoping the volume would be better considering the direct bone contact.
Oh hell yeah, sorry I hadn’t thought to include that in my review. They’re great for that, the speaker piece will obviously be pushed into your ear a bit but not uncomfortably so! I had the same finding as iJustine did in her video regarding this aspect. At the 5:25 mark she does a nap test. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1dHxC4zdE78.html
