Looks like a lot of effort and money for flying assets in wargaming. Although I understand that people look for other solutions replacing the static rotor blades. But to me this seems something to give display models a more dynamic look. It will look great on the table, that's for sure. But this way each helicopter needs more space and therefore one will have problems putting them side by side in some situations.
I use a mix of short and tall base stalks for my helicopter units. This means they are at different heights and you can slot them together nice and tight.
Awesome stuff Harry! I really do enjoy those Propblur blades but they're super fragile so be warned if you give them a go 😋 plenty to think about with the battlefield rotors 🤔
Okay, I bet these ones are printed using a ultraviolet curing resin based digital printer with laser cutter combo, similar to the one I use at work. In my experience i would say its quite a durable material ive only seen it peel off on steel. What you have to look out its after a month of so if it has a white primer as mine tends to crack in a very unpleasant way.
