Honestly, the fact that there's a pink/purple one that looks like that one leapfrog leappad with the microphone I had as a kid is the reason I'm buying this controller
I just received the 2 i ordered and have them charging up for the 1st time use. I decided to look up reviews on here because i was blown away at how good these controllers felt. If anyone reads my comment just know it feels solid, no creaking at all if you twist or sqeeze jot that anyone should but i was curious lol they were 14.99 each on amazon i was expecting controllers that felt cheap but honestly these feel as solid as my 2 ps5 controllers and thats saying alot. The analog sticks feel great the buttons have a good feel to them and clear finish like on xbox and playstation. The only thing i can say could use improment is the abcy buttons make a little noise if you shake the controller hard lol but thats really not a big deal especially for the price of these controllers there is nothing better out there. I even have a real pro controller to compare to and lets say if these controllers link and have no problems then theres no reason to buy the pro controller they feel that great. Now i said if they link thats because i legit just Pulled them out of the box and have them charging.
I know I've already made a comment on this video, but I think I'm about to go ahead and buy that green version of this controller. It's one of my favorite colors and the controller itself, I agree with you, it looks fantastic.
PXN starting to be one of my favorite brands to buy. I bought this controller for my son in puff yellow. I also bought myself the pxn v9 racing wheel with pedal and shifter.
I just order the power a pikachu and mew 2 controller however when that one breaks I’m definitely getting this one $35 for an amazing controller and a switch case omg this is insane
I have not tried this controller but I've tried three other of PXN's controllers and I can not comprehend why the brand is lesser known. They have produced some of my favourite game controllers. They are one of few companies that know how to do a d-pad.
Picked up this controller it's amazing but I have 2 major issues the first being if you are trying to sprint in a game which will require pressing the left analog you can't press the analog in after moving in whichever direction. You'd need to press in the analog before going forward & as for the second thing is the flush home button + -
I bought a wired switch controller. It doesn’t have rumble, and the wire is kind of awkward to play with. I’m good with it, it’s pretty good, I haven’t had any problems or drifts with it. The only thing that’s bothering me with it are the buttons. It’s very chunky and I couldn’t play rhythm games with it properly. I’m kind of regretting it honestly. I don’t want to be disappointed again with buying new controllers. This was my 2nd time regretting for buying controllers. But, is it worth it for me to buy this? The last time it was like $30 but now the prices went up and it’s almost $50. I don’t want to spend my money with something I already have but even better. If I bought this, I hope it won’t disappoint me.
@@CTAtechdesk wow..so I have the controller as well as a thousand other ones..this controller is one of the best controllers ive ever used on any system. And the dpad is perfect. You weren't kidding man!! Thanks and,I'm,ordering another one
I'm about to buy like now the red versions to match my new Mario anniversary Red SWITCH , looks so smooth ..it's on sale right on Amazon. Thanks to your video i found my next controller 😎
This controller is absolutely bunkers! Better than official pro controller. So sexy and has all the functionality. Please buy this now before prices go up, i am buying another one just to keep as a back up. I got the green one and omg it looks so beautiful I already got many compliments. Plays excellent with Luigi's Mansion gyroscope btw. Omg i literally stare at it sometimes is that pretty.
Ive got the pxn p50 its good and has 2 remappable buttons on the back which is a good feature but its also has the same features as the one in the video the turbo on the p50 is adjustable on the controller and via app which has 20 levels and adjustable rumble and stick sensitivity and can map the turbo to all the buttons if wanted i like the controller in the video i like the colour and design compaird to the p50
Awesome review 👏🏿👏🏽👏🏻Thank you. One thing I wish it had is mappable back buttons. I just got a switch a few days ago & im searching for a controller w/these features - 1. Wireless 2. Motion Controls 3. Rumble 4. Programmable back buttons. Does this controller exists?
I'm super late but there's this one: www.amazon.com/Wireless-Controller-RegeMoudal-Gamepad-Joystick-nintendo/dp/B08TTDP287/ref=sr_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=regemoudal&qid=1620413045&sr=8-15 (it's really good) There's also the Gamesir T4 Pro 8bitdo Pro 2 BigBig Won Elitist S Armor3/Hyperkin Nuchamp (sent back due to not waking the Switch and have another of the same controller from a different brand) Ipega Ninja Run Pro (incoming) Beitong Zeus (incoming) They are all good but the T4 Pro is my least favorite.
I was gonna purchase the 8bitdo sn30 pro, but then I stumbled upon this controller on Amazon and it had a 5 star rating. So I was intrigued, as soon as I seen the red I was in love with the color. This video finalized my purchase.
Same, kinda. (Already have the SN30 Pro, which I didn't really want, but its the only way I can invert axis as needed... which some Xbox/Pro Controller style controllers had reversible axis... its like the only one in existence) Anyway, this video sealed the deal on the blue one. I really love that red too. If the one I'm getting works and feels as good as I'm hoping, the red one may be in my Amazon cart before too long! (Also got one of those cute little animal ear controllers to lure girls into playing video games with me! lol)
This controller has great reviews! I've been thinking of getting this blue color, have you had any problems with the joysticks drifting? would be awesome to know thanks!
Deleted my old comment, ordered the controller. And damn i wish it had come out sooner. Last 2 wired controllers i tried just weren't doing it for me. Thank PXN for making an affordable pro controller with the working gyro and amiibo functionality. It's just lovely. Even prefer how it feels to hold, always loved the bigger controllers like the OG xbox Duke!
@@CTAtechdesk I'd lean towards red. I like the purple accents on the yellow, but don't like yellow. Reversed it would be perfect. Did I mention I'm a fussy old bat? 🙄🤣
Thing is. A controller is a controller with all the same functions. What makes this special is the feel of quality and the triggers, something that won’t come over in gameplay. I have started showing dead zones and rumble feature etc but seeing as you want gameplay I will start putting it in all my controller videos.
@@CTAtechdesk yeah that makes sense. I do really appreciate the video. I actually bought myself one earlier on Amazon. Picking up my first switch console today!
I ordered another one of these because I had a pretty defective model on my first one. This time I ordered the blue model, was trying to decide between grey and blue version so I chose blue. Gonna get it on Monday.
Hello there, I might be buying this controller but I'm wondering if it has analog triggers. I'm gonna use it a little bit with my laptop in addition to my switch and the analog triggers might come in handy with gamecube games and maybe some steam games aswell.
It definitely has analogue triggers. However, you need to play it wired on the PC for them to be analog. Bluetooth mode recognizes it as a Pro Controller, which means that you won't get analog from them in that mode. Wired is recognized as X-Input. Amazing controller... I recently purchased another two! Go for it :)
Does this controller work automatically in windows 10 without needing any program like xbox 360 or xbox one controller? You can use it normally in steam games, epic, and others?
D-pad is most important thing for me. I see 2 comments saying it's better than Pro-Con. If that's the case, and with this being bigger than the pro-con as well (another big plus for me), yeah.. ok I'm gonna grab a couple of these.
So I got mine today. It was in the wrong color somehow but I'm not returning it because I had to wait almost a week because of delays. My thoughts are it's an alright controller, the R and L buttons are a really weird shape in person and the triggers are not good lol. They each have a DIFFERENT sensitivity for some reason. I definitely will keep it but will lean towards PowerA and Hori wireless controllers instead just because their build quality is much nicer. All the features it has are nice and convenient but I dunno, it's an okay controller. I don't necessarily hate it, but it's deeeefinitely not my favorite Switch controller. The rumble is also pretty eh
@@CTAtechdesk The only real issue is the triggers, and the Amazon page supposedly says they're tested individually but I have a hard time believing that honestly. I'm probably done buying alternative controllers that aren't licensed or made by Nintendo though lol. So PDP, PowerA and Hori are all good still.
how to fix my yellow and purple PXN pro controller? controller not work, it is just off. Couldn't get it on. No red light. I only bought 2 weeks ago and now not work. :(
@@CTAtechdesk I actually decided to go with an SNES replacement shell from eXtremeRate for my Pro Controller. I actually really like the Pro Controller (especially HD Rumble) and I have been wanting to personalize it for a while now. I also decided I don’t really need another controller right now. I do however plan to purchase this one in the future!
does PXN controller work on ipad+++ can I play fortnite on Cloud gaming or not? And what about Genshin, if you know? Cause I’ve just watched a yt video and the creator said that in order to play Genshin we need a Firmware installed on Pc? What if I don’t have a Pc and want to play Genshin using my PXN controller? Sorry for so many questions, hope someone may help me!! Have a good day whoever is reading this! ♥️♥️
Someone in the comments had problems to sprint with the left Stick and move forward at the same time, If he moved the stick forward he couldnt press it, any problems with that? Or just a faulty model?
@@friguzzz i got the PXN a while back and you can walk forward (push the left stick up) and press it at the same time but its not as smooth as with other controllers, but its not that big of a Problem.
@@theevildude666 Cool. What do you mean by not being smooth? Also, are there also other noticable problems in the controller? At this price point I expect many faults, since I feel like this is too good to be true.
@@friguzzz no, in fact this is the only thing for me, there is a little resistance If you press it while tilting up, but you can still press is. The controller is great
PXN also has a 9607PRO Wireless Controller in a turquoise color on Amazon that I was thinking about getting cause it would match my Switch Lite. Have you tried this version, and if so, would you recommend it? I can’t tell what the difference is to this 9607X version lol 😂 Thank you for the great videos!!
Connect this controller as pro controller to my pc make it work with cemu, dolphin and yuzu/ryujinx as motion control. I dont have the original pro controller or higher priced joystick with motion sensor but this is enough to make motion control for botw.
You really sold this hard! I don't even care IF you're just trying to get people to use your links, I bought one anyway! (But for real, I do appreciate the review, and yes, I did really buy one.)
I do mention how to do it in the video. There’s a sync button on the rear. Press that. 05:39 If that doesn’t work try pressing and holding “home” or holding “home + y” til it flashes.
Hi! Does anyone know how to change the rumble settings? I love this controller and I’m everything! I’ve read the manual looked it up and I can’t find it:/
The left bumper isn't responding when I bought it. I have to press down on it hard. Someone help because I just bought it 2 days ago now the button is really annoying.
