Superbe vidéo mais pourquoi et très souvent vous mettez de la musique au moment le plus important et intéressant... Au démarrage et roulage... On veux entendre le moteur ou l'ambiance moi dsl mais coupé avant.
Auto fantastica. Ben dotata con accessori di ultima generazione specie per la sicurezza. Rifiniture al Top. Parlo della Initiale Paris. Ho voluto provare quest'auto perché ero assolutamente deciso ad acquistarla. L'ho studiata in ogni minimo particolare, ero ormai deciso, ma... avendo famiglia e facendo molti Km con i bambini, pensando a loro ho scoperto che gli schienali della seconda fila si reclinano solo di pochi millimetri. Ho trovato questo particolare decisamente non all'altezza di un'auto simile, studiata per l'intera famiglia e per i lunghi viaggi. Ho dovuto "ripiegare" (si fa per dire) su un'altra Monovolume che ha, per mia fortuna, questo particolare e cioè gli schienali dei sedili della seconda fila che si reclinano e consentono ai miei figli viaggi in prima classe. Peccato. Non mi capacito sul fatto che Renault abbia sottovalutato questo particolare, a mio avviso, indispensabile.
Pity Renault are ending production of this car and the Talisman. The problem is the price. Few people will pay over €50,000 for a French car. In France if you can afford that much, you buy German just for the prestige. The other problem is Renault should have made the Talisman and Espace an individual luxury marque. In ordinary Renault dealers you do not get the same level of customer service as you do with the German brands, in particular servicing. You might as well own a Clio. When I compare my Talisman Initiale Paris to the BMW 5 series I had before, the quality of the plastics and interior carpet were much better in the BMW. Plus where the front wings of the Talisman are plastic like a Clio, the BMW’s were aluminium along with the doors. So the quality of German cars is baked in.
It’s certainly not the price. Espace and Talisman offer so much more than their competitors for even less money. It is also not a matter of quality, todays Renaults are as reliable if not more reliable than the german competitors. Talisman can be compared with Passat or Mondeo, not 5-series. Although one should not have to be ashamed to park his Talisman among a bunch of (overpriced) BMW’s. It’s true that Renault has not a that good image as they deserve. But that is more a marketing matter. And marketing, that’s something the French don’t know well, but the Germans do...
Oh and customers of Audi or BMW are absolutely not better people than Renaultowners. Beside, Polo is in the same showroom as Passat. The reason that Renault might end the production of Espace and Talisman is that not enough people buy these beautiful cars and that Renault will introduce EV with same package, but other names.
There are no luxury cars made in France. In the U.K. they have Jaguar, Land-Rover, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce. The main reason so many French buy German cars is that they do not depreciate as fast as their own manufacturers products, so lease deals are very good value.
Not sharing that experience tbh. Renault vehicles are driven and enjoyed in my entire family since the mid nineties, never had serious issues with them. Aside from my own car (Talisman, soon Espace) I get to drive a lot of Audis, VWs and BMW since I have to use rental cars constantly due to my job. Every time I come back to my own car I feel happy to own a Renault which feels more charming whereas German cars although well-built in most cases seem to lack appeal to me. Renault clearly is not a luxury brand yet they offer a lot of value for the money. I agree that above 30.000€ people will most likely buy a car also for the brand and as a status symbol. Then again this is as well a personal decision rather than telling anything about rational choice. As innovators Renault proved time and time again to have a way of real innovator spirit, their monospace concept leading to the Espace defined a whole market segment, right now they offer a 4-wheel steering which in my opinion is highly underrated and currently isn't offered by any other manufacturer. Yet it improves handling massively, which for me made it clear to buy Espace over any other van, and that's the next thing. They still stick with stylish vans rather all SUV line-up.(I know, this gradually changes but still) Renault cars surely have weaknesses (as German cars have, there are tons of technical issues, the Diesel scandal at VW group was just the tip of the iceberg) but given the price tag, the excellent and elegant design and overall comfort level they just offer a great package. And concerning vendors/service: mileage may vary but at my place I have the German Renault retail group handle it and they take care of everything pretty darn well, never had a reason to complain. And yes, this is a German, who's passionate about cars and fully going fanboy for Renault. ;-) Drive safely, guys!

Pretty, but...looks like the luggage in the boot has more knee room than the backseat occupants! Why would pay 50 thousand euros for an airport shuttle?
