Hello Ma'am...I appreciate your Honesty and Simplicity...in this video... Being a Homemaker...we do need bread in the morning and at times we do not have that much time to make a bread by hand even though I am making professional quality breads even sourdough bread at home from last 15 years... 1. Commercially for making breads with maida...people use gluten, bread improver, calcium propionate and/or GMS Powder, brown colour...to improve the color, texture, firmness as well as shelf life of the bread...along with the recommended ingredients given in the recipe... These ingredients you will get it easily in amazon. As these ingredients are not healthier option for daily home use...we must avoid these for home use. Instead its quite a great option to compromise with firmness. But if you want to make sandwiches or some other recipes with home made bread with machine...you can easily use these few times at home and enjoy the home made bread recipes. We buy many times commercial bread for home use nothing happens.. Second thing....your bread will gain some rigidity if you rest the bread (after completely cool down) wrapping with clean cloth for 8 to 10 hours. Stay blessed...🙏
I am using the same bread maker from last one year my son loves bread. I mostly make whole wheat bread because it is better than all purpose flour and I think bread made at home is tastier and hygienic than market bread..I only make simple bread and the ingredients I use are put 2 cups of warm water first then add 1 tsp of salt 3 tsp sugar and two tbsp of any oil then aad 4 cups of flour on the top of the flour make two little holes to put 2 tsp of yeast powder in and cover these holes with the flour again put it in the bread maker at the settings of 12, colour dark and size 1000 in the setting panel your bread will be ready in 3 hours..I hope this will help you....and remember don't keep the bread in the bread maker after it is ready the heat of it will make the bread hard take the bread basket out and spray some oil or butter on top of the bread and cover the basket with towel ....by the way I was looking for cake recipe in sharp bread maker and saw your vidio..I feel sorry for your bread maker

You are really honest mam ,many video's are like sales promos ,but you are genuine ,than you very much I was in the thought process of but a bread maker , cause it is also a dough maker .Now I would go in for a dough making machine and prefer to make bread and cakes in the OTG.Many many thanks 🙏
You carelessly let a heavy 6kg machine drop to the ground and complaining about missing button and scratch. Besides learn to make bread with the right ingredients in the right proportions before you blame the machine for not turning out good bread.
