I have used this machine few suggestions I wish to share .u can use both active dry yeast as well as instant dry yeast it's just that active should go with liquid and instant should not touch the liquid. Especially for whole wheat bread pls ensure the whole wheat flour does not touch any liquid. U can make Ladi pav too in this machine . Thanks
Then you can use regular Oven. If you can knead you don't need bread maker. This is for people who do not know baking or don't know how to mix and knead or don't have time. It does everything for you.
I know we can use oven instead. For making bread, as far as I know you dont need baking knowledge, it's just like kneading a dough for chapati. What I told is just my opinion. I hope 4 hours is too long time in terms of kneading and making bread. Even if we do manually, it won't take that much time and machines are invented for the purpose of reducing time.
I use bread maker to reduce my effort. It is really helpful for me. Don't need to knead and wait for raising time and again knead and wait, then transfer to bread mould or make shapes and bake in oven. I can just dump everything inside and select a mode so when my other works are done bread is ready for us. I love it. Even if it is 4 hours high Power consumption is only at baking time. While rising and kneading very low power is consumed. So this is a worth product
Also, at places with cold climate, it is needed as dough would not rise even when kept for entire day. Nice review Ashu… 👍🏼 Your videos are always informative and helpful… Appreciate your efforts…🥰
I think this is similar to automatic washing machine. Semi automatic also does the job but this is for those who don't have time to check it frequently. Nice review. I didn't even know such bread maker is available.
Hi Mam, I would like to know if we can make 100% whole wheat bread in the machine. It seems the recipes provided include 50% maida, as you have shown in the video. Please clarify. Also, non stick coating will get spoilt with time, even in case of expensive premium brands. Does the company address this issue for the bread maker? Is replacement container available and how frequently do you think we may need to replace it, as scratches can occur any time. I am not a fan of non stick cookware as it gets carcinogenic when the coating starts to flake off, and we may need to replace even if there are only a few scratches, as leeching happens through that. Do you know if any brand provides containers without non stick coating? (I wonder though how it would work). Hope you can clarify. Thank you!
100% Wheat bread is never possible, whoever believes to consume '100% Wheat bread'; I am sorry! My uncles are into the bakery business for 8 decades and know things in and out. There is a thin line between fine wheat flour and refined (bleached) wheat flour. Like Roti dough, pure wheat flour is heavy in volume and will not knead easily without water. More water means it is easy to catch fungus, rapidly. At the home, at least use 1 or 2 tablespoons of Maida for 100% wheat bread per 250 gms. Utensils with coating do not require to be scrubbed, that is the only way to keep the coating intact, most Indians do not understand this. The only way to clean is to dishwashing liquid and sponge; not scrubber. If there are tough stains, then soak them in warm water with dishwashing liquid for some time. Also, no ornaments should be worn while washing or using metal ladles or spoons to stir in the bread maker box. Initially, these all might find a bit complicated; but that is how utensils need to be taken care of. Once the coating starts peeling, it must be thrown away, as, beneath the coating, it is always an aluminium as a heat conductor. Aluminium was never and will never be good for health. Hope this answers your query. #TIA
When you know there's a non stick coating the first step is to use your brain and don't have second thoughts... Just back off.. if you really want to bake a bread at home make it the traditional way even if it takes time 👍
Hi can you please advise how is the ease of use and customer support for this product. We keep seeing you using this in your videos. But a word of assurance will help us decide if we can also buy this product
HI, loved the video and thinking of buying one. Would you still recommend this brand and the machine itself assuming that you are using the bread maker for almost 10 months now. Is it really easy to use and hence used frequently? Or do we tend to go back to store bought loaf and the machine gathers dust on the kitchen counter?
I'm planning to buy a bread maker. I've seen your video and git impressed. After months of use, do you still suggest this maker or do you think store bought bread is better?
Hi I had watched this long ago but now that I'm looking for an atta kneader , I watched it again . Do you still recommend this for atta kneading too. I need one to make my dough for Rotis , paratas etc every day. Do please suggest whether I should buy this bread maker or a stand mixer. I wait for your reply
Yes I make curd in curd maker. This video is about what all things we can make in bread maker and how to use it. If someone wants to buy they can make cud also in it.
Hi thanks for the video. One quick k question. Do you know of you can get the bread pan alone replaced? Because it's just a non stick ware and cannot be used for long period. The only reason I don't buy any breadaker is that I am not sure if the brand pans can be replaced in affordable price. I don't see any such replacement pans online
Dear Ashuji hello 🙂 I hv been waiting to hear from someone's experience how d breadmaker is & U have cleared my doubts! Luking forward to making d purchase soon. Thnku.

Very informative video. Does it consumes loads of electricity as its taking 4 hours for making bread. You've been using since 6 months. How much extra electricity consumption you've faced?
This appliance is similar to Kent Atta Maker and also some other brands I have seen on RU-vid. Looks like it's an OEM product that is re-badged for different brands. Can you look as to where this appliance is made in? I am assuming it is China.
Ur ideas are way more expensive...we need lot of basket and other organizer all the time ....and every day gadgets are there.....y can't u show basic ideas so every person can follow.....when we make idly batter by using mixi .....then y we need new machine..
Have owned the machine for over a year. Made bread about 10+ times with recipe from the book and other online recipes and not once did it come out to a texture or taste that was desirable. Do not recommend the machine. Looking for someone to sell or give away the machine.
Madam regarding the blade stuck.....pour boiling water in the container and try removing after a min.....think the aata or maida has solidify at the bottom
Hi I recently bought kent bread maker and used to bake banana bread using the bake mode. I added the ingredients one by one like we use for making bread. But it didn't bake properly. Do we have to mix everything while using the bake mode??
