Best few pennies I've spent in many a while. Along with the HarmonicDyne P.D.1, FH5 & Kiwi Ears. I could include the SA6 too but I find that a little bright for long listening. I am a Melodic Rock/Metal fan and all/any the above are worth getting with the RSV being my favourite. Great review as always...

@@SuperReview Yeah , the thing is i got my Clairvoyance a couple of days ago and u know they with CP100s , just like The Monarchs .Well , i put them on it sounded incredibly dull , i couldn't believe it , changed the set to my FDX1 s and they did sounded better in treble , i sad what the f...! but suddenly realized that i ran my JVC with wide bores , the stock Spirals or Azlas . So i did the same trick and then it hit me why those Clairs go for 700 deadprez ! Yes , those highs are amazing , but wide bores is a must . I guess the same goes for RSVs..
Super* Review If we were to put them on the table along with some other iems in the market. These two sound more alike than not compared to others. They are very balanced sounding, nothing to fault in the tuning, both have more meat in the bone than something like Moondrop Blessing2, at the same time they aren’t overly fat sounding too. Both are not fatiguing, and they have pretty good texture and detail, while not sounding analytic. There’s a hint of warmth in both but not overly so. I can actually live with either one.
@@zeissiez Hi, I heard the SA6 has a forgiving sound. Would you say this is also can be applied for the RSV? The headphone show claimed the Dunu is a very good rock IEM but I got the impression that the RSV is a bit too laid back for rock?
MCFly Both are great for rock. I find I could turn up the volume for the SA6 because it’s easy on the ears in the treble region. I don’t find the RSV laid back, playing it from a new Shanling M6. If I were to play it from a dongle, I actually found it too forward, for my taste.
Bro, is RSV better than FiiO FH7s or FH9? I prefer neutral with slight warm, good sub bass rumble and proper midrange tonality and timbre overall. I don't like piercing treble. I listen to many genres but mostly vocals, rock and metal
You may have mentioned this many times, but what kind of music do you listen to? I mostly listen to Indian music, but on the western front, I am into electronic, smooth jazz, roy orbison type stuff (not sure what it is called).

Talking about sennheiser. I'm really gutted to hear that they are selling their consumer audio department. Maybe to drop. Sennheiser were probably the only & BEST family owned audio brand everr. 😭 If someone is into f1 Sennheiser = Williams now.
Really depends on what you're looking for, I think the RSV is more refined, more engaging midrange, but 112 has stronger bass body and impact, and I think stronger imaging performance.
Hi Mark, I am looking for a warm, smooth, natural, great vocals without getting peaky or harsh and mids or bass not too thick. S8, RSV and SA6 which one is better for the things I mentioned. Your comparison of these three with HD650 and 600 really got me and I really enjoyed the comparison.
