Hey Brandon hav you ever tried a lanc controller zoom rocker, i hear they have much better sensitivity, i love the outputs that the camera has sony did really good there, my panasonic gs 500 has only a 5 pin rca cable and an mic/lanc input, and the firewire port is by the screen which is anoying becouse i use an focus firestore instead of tapes. Well that all depends on how good of quality you you want your videos. The trv950 has really good quality and it’s not as popular as the older trv900. So you will most likely find one that is in pretty decent shape. Another one that is really good for the price is the canon gl2. It’s more of a prosumer model so it’s a little bigger but the video quality looks great on it.
