@@charlesvanloucks474, I have not. If you want to be entered, you need to the requirements from the video. I plan on doing the giveaway on March 20th. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the review on the X10R extension. This one appears to be the real deal and easy to use for a universal. I have one for my cue but as you show, it's not quick to install or remove but is very handy when needed for those situations where I don't want to bridge and be able to control the speed and spin better. But, it only fits one cue...so I will definitely look into this option. Keep up the great reviews and content!!
Thank you for the comment on your background with cue extensions! Your experience I think is what most people have and you’re so right that you spend $60+ on a cue extension that only fits one cue. This one is $39.99 and you can use it on many cues. All the other universal extensions are hard to use and scratch your cue’s finish if you’re not careful. I love how the X10R just slips on and off , so quick and easy to use. I’m glad you liked the video and good luck in the giveaway!
I have tried a couple other extensions and based on the Pool Addiction review I am going to make the purchase of a X10R to see how it compares to other extension products.
Thanks for watching the premiere and chatting! Make sure to add a comment about what you think about cue extensions to be entered on the X10R giveaway!
I've been looking for a good extension that wouldn't cost me an arm and/or leg to pay for it, or too aggrivating to use along with not damaging the cue's finish. This extension would be perfect for me and looks like it would fit perfectly in the long pocket on my case. Keep up the good work brother and keep the great reviews and videos coming.
Thanks for the video. Makes me realize it's better to just buy a cue with a butt that is threaded for an extention. (If your in the market for a playing cue) I think exceed (mezz) has the best most simple solution. Just get the two or four inch extention. Screw it on and call it a day.
A custom screw-in extension is still a good way to go but the universal extension, in my opinion, is the best universal extension out there. Thanks for the comment and I hope you enjoyed the video!
I've been looking f ou r an extension that wont damage my Schon this seems like a great option. As always I really enjoyed your video. Keep it up my friend.
Great Review of the X10R. I personally do not have an extension but due to my snooker background, I'm more than comfortable using a rest. I do have a 6" mini butt for my snooker cue that comes in extremely handy at times and this looks like it could be extremely useful as well! I'd be more than happy to be the winner of this one to add to my American Pool Kit! This is one I'd definitely be interested in keeping in there!
Hi Neechilus... I used to play alot of snooker myself, until the room closed down... haven't played for a long time. I can relate to your comments... that being said, I still feel this would be a great addition to your playing tools... even when using a helper/bridge/rake/Rest.... it allows the player to still use their stroke & feel they have more control...
I've bought and triedmany extensions. Some good and some bad but I prefer them over a bridge any time. The thought of a good universal one that won't hurt the cue is good news.
Gregory... Thanks for your comment... most people (even seasoned players don't like or have trouble using the bridge/rake... alot of people are afraid of it or rather NOT use it at all... again won't damage players cue & if player does go to a different brand - no need to buy new extension!!
@Gregory Cacace, you won! Thank you for being a valued subscriber and all I need is your address so I can get your X10R sent out to you! Please email me your info to pooladdiction13@gmail.com.
Hello to all our "International" friends who are looking to purchase one of the X10R's... we suggest if want to buy one to go to one of our wholesalers as they have better shipping rates... right now you can go to Seyberts to order the X10R's... see link under area saying - "Show More" for those here in the USA... you can go to our site or others... again site under video... one other thing to mention. Most Cue Sticks do NOT require the inserts but we include then anyway just in case!! The X10R is actually geared for one X10R at a time, so once it is fitted with inserts then it is set & ready to use... again, Thanks for your interest in the NEW X10R... enjoy!! The "X10R" Team... Good Luck with the Giveaway!!!
Thank you so much for the compliment. I like it more entertaining for everyone. I am glad you liked the video and thanks for watching! Add a comment about what you think of cue extensions so you're entered to win the X10R giveaway!
Mike! Terry just let me know who you are. I know I have been talking to Terry mostly but I wanted to thank you for the opportunity as well to review the X10R. Y'all were so confident about your product to let me do a fair and honest review of the X10R and I know why, it is a great cue extension. I wish nothing but the best!
Thanks for review and giveaway of this extension. I have been looking for one for a while to fit my 1981 balabushka but nobody seems to make one and the new owners of balabushka products will not make one except for only the models they currently produce post 2003. My only option was the one you referenced in the video with the plastic parts and adjusts on the butt at the fitting. If I don’t win the giveaway, I will definitely go to the site and purchase one.
These X10R's work on almost every brand... we tried to make the opening big enough to fit the largest size Butt ends... 1.1 to 1.3+ are the most common sizes... Hopefully the X10R will work for you... :-)
Thanks for letting us know about you experience. Thank you for watching and good luck with the giveaway! Even if you don’t win, follow links in the video description to buy one.
Somar... they are great addition to the players case... especially if your in a match where your playing on a larger table... These are Quick On & Quick Off!!
Nice review. i bought the other universal extension a couple months ago at seyberts and didn't manage to use it once because it was stolen from my case. The X10R should be in my case soon.
Great video again. I don't have a cue extension and i think for my old, cheap playing cue (Maxton from the 90's) is this the only extension that maybe fits. Greetings from Germany.
Thank you Safi... I agree 100%... most people don't want or don't like using the bridge/rake... our X10R's can be used with or without the bridge/rake... Good Luck to you in the giveaway!!
Hi Lucchini... the good news is these extensions work on just about all brands... so if you do change cue brands... the X10R's will still be able to be used on your next/new cue... so no need to spend more money!!!
thanks for your review, I saw X10R on Seyberts few weeks ago and was very curious is it worth buying, now I'm sure I will choose this extension because original Pechauer kit is a little bit too expensive
Thanks for the review and the giveaway extension. I hope I can win this one, so I can give it to my dad. I bought him the universal extension a little while ago, but he struggles adjusting it since it can get really tight at times.
Nao... hopefully you do win the x10r in the giveaway!! Good Luck!! As far as the other type extension you are referring to... I hear that alot that people seem to have alot of trouble putting it on & especially taking it off... we think we eliminated that issue... if the X10R is a little loose the Kit provided has everything in it to help any person get it to fit their cue... as the inserts are stackable!!
Another great review! I really like having an extension for my cue. I even had to fabricate my own threaded nylon insert once that I glued in the butt of my players cue to get a peri bumber and extension to work on that cue... I don't need the giveaway, so don't pick me :p
@Can't Breakdance Thanks, I am glad the video! Nice to hear from you again. I know it's hard to get good cue extensions and it's to see how some come up with to get a cue extension for their cues if they don't have much selection. Does your solution work well?
@@PoolAddiction Yes it worked really great. The extension had a miniscule larger diameter than the cue butt, but it was sturdy and felt great. I have since sold the cue though.
The X10R is more meant to be only used during the shots you need an extension. It’s 11.5 inches long so it would make a standard length cue almost 70 inches. If someone is fine playing with that cue length all the time then you could theoretically use it always attached but for me, I would use it only when I needed to. Thanks for the comment and I hoped you liked the video!
When using an extender how do you keep your bridge stable? I think right now my cue tip gets a wobble without the support close to the tip when I'm gripping the bottom of my cue. I am also a newer player
There is a balance between stretching too much and keeping your cue stable. With an extension you can maintain the same form as you normally play but your bridge hand will be further back on the shaft. It’s something you have to get used to but I feel I can still play better using my normal stroke even if my bridge hand is further back. I hope that helps some. I hope you liked the video and thanks for watching!
I have a Diamond light that matches the table I have. I really like but I will changing it out soon with another one to help me get better quality light for my videos. I will be doing a video on that when it comes in. It's on back order right now. Thanks for watching and I hope liked the video!
can't wait to see how long the playing cues will become when American pool players start to take pool more seriously and play on standard sized tables instead of the barbox. maybe a javelin's length?
There are very few shots on a barbox where you would use a cue extension if you are an average height. I would love to have a 9 foot table in my house but don't have enough room. I do prefer a 9 foot table. Thanks for watching my friend!
Lino, I just spoke with Terry and he recommends to go through Seyberts since you are international. Here is the link: www.seyberts.com/pool-cue-butt-extensions/x10r-cue-extension/
Mike, been a while since we played . Hope all is well and hope to see you sometime soon. You gotta be happy with the review ... Pool addiction guy said you guys knocked it out of the park!
