REVIEW: Too Faced BORN THIS WAY Soft Matte Foundation & Soft Blur Powder 

Too Faced decided to reformulate their previous Born This Way foundation and replaced it with the Soft Matte, oil controlling version. Along with a new setting powder to go alongside it. I tested this out in my mind, against the original, to see if it was any better. The results were surprising!
