This is my favourite foundation that I’ve ever tried. Stays on forever looks amazing and doesn’t make me oily. I never thought I’d find a foundation better than double wear!

@@ye23. I also wonder. I absolutely HATED Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless which Nikkia supposedly loved. I do NOT get it and it was so expensive. Loreal and Maybelline has better ones than that sticky, splitting mess... My faves are DW Estee lauder, Dior Backstage and Loreal Infallible 24 Hour Fresh. I also hated Smashbox Studioskin and was so-so about Beautyblender in the square weird bottle. Those supposedly heavy hitters by Kan von D and the Urban Decay Allnighter are HORRID and looks like chalk and however you work it they do not blend (but Like tither UD stuff and want to try their Stay Naked. Oh, Lancome Teint Idole 24 is good too but it doesn't last that well. Pretty coverage e, though. Never tested anything by Nars and haven't tested the one Nikkia is reviewing here. Never had any luck with any Chanel or Guerlain or YSL. Oh, actually this little brand Inglot have a truly good one named YSM! It's better than many expensive ones.

I have mature skin & really never could find a foundation that would look like skin, wouldn't settle in wrinkles & truly cover imperfections. I've tried the best over the last 6 years. When I tried this foundation I was blown away! I've been hooked ever since. I would like to see your review on the Nars foundation. However, I don't think any other brand presently can beat the two faced formulation. Thank you for the review!

I bought this foundation yesterday and applied it today, and I love it!! I was using cheap makeup before and with wearing a mask it would rub off or if I would sweat I would wipe it off easy. Born this way matte foundation is amazing. It looks amazing on my skin!!! I am so happy I found this foundation, it's worth the little extra money cause it works. It stays in place and doesn't rub off or sweat off.

I have been using this the past week. I do love the Too Faced primers and peach perfect powder is my fav. I am so glad I purchased this foundation. It's the only foundation that lasts on me!! Anything else looks awful after 4-5 hours, including Estee Double Wear. Thank you Too Faced, best foundation

I couldn’t WAIT for your review on this one. 9 times out of 10 if a product works for you, it will work for me also..as it pertains to oil control. I love this foundation. I can go an entire work day which is well over 12 hours of wear, and I only have to blot towards the end of the night. So happy you finally got it and you loved it ❤️

Im glad i am not the only one who relies on nikkia for the oily skin wear test. Guess who has ordered the too faced matte foundation and concealer after this review :-) the strangest thing is that i am mixed race (half black half white) and nikkia is also a pretty good foundation colour match for me half the time lol

if this helps, i have both foundations and can honestly say i prefer this more than double wear!. i have a lot of redness/oily skin/ hormonal acne.. and TF feels lighter on the skin yet covers imperfections the same amount as DW, lasts the same amount of time (esp on my oily skin is major) and it didnt break me out AT all. doesn't separate and somehow actually looks more natural than double wear even though it can cover EVERY THING.

I like this foundation. I originally had issues with it creating texture. I changed primer and adjusted my blender technique and the texture disappeared. I found the colours to be slightly different to the others in the Too Faced ranges. It has good staying power on my Exxon Valdez oil slick skin 😆

Hi Nikkia! I just switched to this foundation from Urban Decay Allnighter. This is my new holy grail! The previous one that I had was just crazy cause I have a very oily skin but it doesn’t help at all. I was beyond amazed with this product. I use a hydrating primer with it too. ❤️

For me this is the perfect foundation for 2 or so hours and then my skin just oxidizes it so much that I am just straight orange. Lasts really nice, just cannot stand looking as orange as I do.

Your skin definitely looks gorgeous in this foundation (you always look gorgeous) but it just seems to work really well and even at 14 hours compared to other videos no where near as oily did it come accross. Id love you try the new kvd beauty balm foundation xxx

I feel this initially has a dryer application, tfbtw matte requires using a sponge, imo. Tfpp I can use a brush. Also, this makeup doesn't smell as good, and with shade line, go down a shade. Example, I'm the shade Nude in Peach Perfect, in the BTW matte, I'm shade Pearl. Coverage and staying power are pretty similar, but PP is a better deal because it's cheaper for more product. In the US, it's $36 for 1.6oz, vs this matte, which is $40 for 1 oz.

I wonder how it would wear on mature skin, I love the Born This Way concealer very much and I think I’ll have to try this one for sure, I’m happy with any foundation that will last me up to 6 hours because that’s about all the time I need it to work for me, anything after that is a bonus because I’m not usually out for that long anyway.
