This is my Review for all 10 Soaps in the regular The Black Stuff catalog! I have not tried this company before, so this is my first impression. I will likely upload another, more detailed Review in the future after I have used them all in the shower and can provide more detail for each bar...

Great video! Seeing you review other natural soap companies inspired me to check out other natural soap companies as well! I found this company called Chagrin (Shuh-grin) Valley Soap & Salve Company (yes that is their real name) and a lot of their scents seem pretty good. They even have their own iteration of Bay Rum! I definitely recommend trying these soaps to see if you like them. Their men's soap catalogue seems pretty decent. And that's not all. They have natural shaving products and beard oils. Honestly, I think this one is worth checking out. I plan to try it once I find the only to buy it. Lol. Have a good night, Gary!

Trying Dr. Squatch a monzh ago and it was 50/50 for me.... Now because of Gary's great soap reviews Iam waiting for my big order from sudsy bear and the black stuff. Next week the packages will arrive, sending time here to me in Germany is really fast... Waiting over a month for Dr. Squatch. Hope the soaps are great and thanks a lot to Gary for his work with his great videos!

Dogs Bay Beach is an instant classic, as is Irish Mountain Rain..... honestly, people.... get a bundle. you can not go wrong with TBS...... When possible, get his limited editions..... they are spectacular..... the halloween ones will be gone soon..... get em while you can.... and he is dropping a new bar to his regular line up soon.... Celtic Tiger. Woohoo.

Been using TBS atlantic pine tar for a week; love it! Just ordered the Wicklowe waterFalls deodriant, and their new ltd edition Arthurs Choice (guy who invented Guiness which is what Black Stuff means when an Irishman says it) - apparently its got smoked essential oils in it! Cool review! Hey man, would love to hear your thoughts on what natural soap and Deos ars all about, dya have a video on that? All the best - new subscriber

Gary. Reviews have always been good. You're getting better tho. Really enjoyable content that leaves me wanting more. Great info for seasoned soap nerds too. How do you go about choosing what to shower with? Other than video purposes

I’m interested, if possible, in knowing which soap lasts longer. I’ve used Dr. Squatch’s soaps… they smell great, the heavy grit ones feel great. My only critique is that the scent doesn’t linger for very long at all. At least for me. I feel like an hour and a half later, the whiff of pine tar is gone or below a level that I can detect. So unless women can smell better than us, it’s not where I’d like it to be.

I have a bar of Pacha I actually got from Walmart. I plan to do a video for a slew of random soaps I got at the store, and will include that one. I am going to look into Wild Mountain Soap Company. I saw a review on Little MacJ TV's channel for Mad Viking and they seemed very generic, so not interested in that one.

When it comes to the question of what is the best natural soap, in every single category, it is the Black Stuff...... its best to remove them from the question of top five, because they are so far above the next five, its just not even worth a discussion..... The Black Stuff is the GOAT. the next five are all Dr. S killers..... Thrive and Glow, Malarkys, Bentonville Milkblock Soap, Valhalla , and Mountain Goat Soap..... others could be named in the second bracket of five....Grizzly Naturals, Lathr, Hoffmans..... ALL of these are DR. S killers. I know it hurts the Dr. S people, but its time to move past the beginner level when it comes to this amazing companies...... The customer service with these companies is otherworldly as well....

So far, my favorite is The Good Room. Favorite deodorant is the Black Stuff. Tried the soap version too, but didn't get much of a scent from it

Dr squatch needs to upgrade there soap saver quality’s very poor. That one u held actually look nice like quality wise the dr squatch lacks the quality in the wood for sure vert light and cheap for the wood soap saver upgrade dr squatch

At least Dr. squatch has drainage holes in it. Without them, the soap and water are just gonna built up

@@bobhawkins8996 there's no need for drainage holes. The dish is slightly angled and it has drainage channels that run the full width of the dish. The channels also double as an air gap to keep the underside of the soap bar from staying wet and sitting in a puddle, while also allowing airflow underneath. Gravity removes the water for you.

B minus on the scents..... dude, that hilarious. Of course the ingredients are an A +, they are 100% natural..... This soap destroys every other brand on the market.... Yep... every single one of the competitors.
