Are you still enjoying this bag for an everyday wear? I’m looking at purchasing it to downsize from a very large diaper bag. I have one child (9 months and BF so no bottles or formula) and would use the larger bag for any long day trips or traveling, but want something that I can just bring into the grocery store and what not as well as I probably will transition back to the larger bag when we have more children until they’re out of the newborn stage. Trying to decide if this is a good fit.
I am still enjoying it as my everyday diaper bag, I did feel the need to purchase another bag for travel since I felt like with two kids with snacks and the extra stuff that it wasn’t enough. A couple things that have come to notice is the side pockets are small and I still haven’t found a stainless steel water bottle that will fit which is super annoying. Then in a couple places I have noticed the “leather material” coming off I haven’t messaged the company about it yet so idk how their customer service will be about it. I’m pretty disappointed since I’m very gentle with the bag. I do wonder if its common though and wonder if it will last through all my kids. The other thing that is super annoying is you really only have one pocket for either wipes or diapers I find the other pockets somewhat useless. Would I say buy it yes. But I would say wait till a sale because they always have big ones where stuff is 30% off or more. This was so helpful! Thank you so much! I’m looking at getting a second hand one which would be much cheaper but if that doesn’t pan out I’ll probably end up waiting on a sale. I do have to say I saw some that were reselling that were having the same issues with the fabric pulling away and getting “flaky,” especially around the inside zipper pocket and bottom corners of the bag, but I’m curious to know if their customer service holds up to resolve a quality issue like that. I would appreciate those videos so I’ll message you over on insta! The resale I found is an older style, but about the same size and I just can’t get a good feel for it for some reason and I hate to pay all that money with their return policy being so strict and it not be the right bag for me. I subscribed to your channel btw. You’ve original review was great but you’ve also been an amazing insight!
Hello! Do you think that a 13 inch laptop could somehow fit into the petite? ☺️ It looks sizeable from the video but I cannot be sure, I am interested in the petite because I am really small sized! Thanks so much!
Hey I have a 13 inch Macbook air and it will not close with it in. you have probably from the L button over thats out. You could put it in main part it might fit width wise but I would be worried about bending over and it falling out.
I also use a Petite La Mere, I used the original size when my kids were a bit older. I've been through a dozen or so diaper bags 🤦♀️ But I love the Azaria La Mere bags, probably my favourite that I've used over the last 5 years. And the bottle pockets will stretch out a bit with continued use - I can fit water bottles in each pocket now 🙂
