Great stuff again, mate. That Solo can would be from the early to mid 80s. I remember those button pop top soft drink cans. They were a pain for little kids to open, that’s for sure. Toohey’s Blue was a pretty popular light beer in the mid to late 90s. At that time, Toohey’s had Draught (called New on tap), Old (dark ale), Red (cheap lager), Gold (mid strength lager) and Blue (light lager). Toohey’s Blue was the NSW State of Origin sponsor for a few years too. Gold eventually became Amber and Blue was rebranded as Blue Bitter before dying off. I don’t remember a great deal about how it tasted except that it was pretty thin and watery, like most light beers back then. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

Might be interesting to do a "park crawl" of Sydney CBD to see what drinks you find there! Not as pretty scenery and you'll need a bigger bag, but some parks are nice.. Royal Botanic Garden isn't bad.
