I've always felt bad for Matt Tifft. One of my game show favorites was lost because of a brain tumor, so I sympathized with his brain tumor battle. Him driving for Gibbs was a huge turning point. People started hating on him _because_ he was driving for Gibbs, regardless of whether he'd be successful or not. Escaping Gibbs to a low level Cup team didn't really help matters, as we knew he wouldn't go much of anywhere with a low level Cup team. The Martinsville seizure wasn't the only health incident he had this year. Many forget he an a health scare at Bristol earlier this year. I do wonder if the fact that part of his brain (A good part of his left side) is missing as a result of the removal of his tumor is related to all of this. Regardless if he's able to make another start in any form of Auto Racing, let alone NASCAR, I just hope that he *will* be ok...

Pfft I didn't even notice Tifft in that 2014 race. I watched the entire 2014 season of NASCAR just by watching Truck and Xfinity races on RU-vid and half of the Cup races.

It seems he used up all of his luck in his debut, seeing where his career has gone ever since. Quite the shame. Hopefully he gets healthy again and goes back to Xfinity, he's not cut out to be a Cup guy.
