Z1P if you want a good budget keyboard never buy a razer cynrosa. Cuz there are better mechincal alternatives like the red dragon k552 or something like the gk61/rk61. Hybrid switches tbh really suck rn compared to just getting a mechincal Welcome to my ted talk

I had that keyboard in 2007. The dock at the top was for a lightbar addon you could buy separately. It was just a blue LED lamp that pointed down on the keys.

That was my mouse! I still have 3 or 4 of boomslangs in their boxes! The most comfortable mouse i ever handled, loved the grip wish they make a new modern one with updated sensors. It had one problem though the buttons get stuck and you had to bend them to fix it.

it depends on your grip. I'm more of a palm gripper so ergo wins my day. I own the Logtiech G602 and Razer Basilisk. Their form factor is really comfortable for me

I remember the keys were pretty sensitive, too. Happened on occasion that resting your finger on it clicked it. But yeah, the button getting stuck was a weird one - you just lifted up the front of it to where it felt like it would break, and it was fixed... And the trackball wasn't actually bad, you just need a hard mousepad - soft ones don't really work well.

Corsair first mouse is call Corsair M60 Performance & Corsair M90 And keyboard i believe is K70 & K90 First launch around 2011/12 Actually by today standard not much changed as i own the first gen M60 > renamed first gen M65 > M65 PRO RGB > M65 ELITE They only added RGB & new sensor When Corsair come out with peripherals they already using laser sensor and cherry mx switches

*For the people stating that the ‘transparent hand’ clip was crazy or freaked them out... Just so you know, it’s not hard to create such an effect. You simply need a clip of the mouse staying still and another one in which your hand moves but the mouse still stays still. You can lay the clip featuring the hand over the mouse clip and raise the transparency (I recommend Vegas Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Cute CUT Pro for mobile users).*

I had a Boomslang the first day they were available. I couldn't have been more in love with a mouse or a company. They had some driver issues but it was cool because when you called them, they would answer their phones with their gamers names. I wish they still did that. Life long Razer fan.

I adored my Boomslang back in the day. The on the fly sensitivity adjustments were great, I never had to clean the ball once, and I don't think I've ever had a mouse feel so right to me. Eventually it developed the double click issue, but in fairness, my friends, who were mostly using Intellimouse Explorers, had replaced their mice 2 or 3 times already by then.

The “dock” on the tarantula was for a thing called the battle light which was just a blue light for the keyboard and another add on known as the battle eye sadly it’s either very rare or unreleased btw love your razer vids keep it up bro

Keyboards haven't changed much, and apart from the sensors, mice haven't changed much, either. And while USB has gotten a lot faster, 2.0 speeds are still more than fast enough for most of what we do with these devices. You could find a mouse and key from 1995, hook it up with a PS/2 to USB adapter, and it'll work fine on modern machines.

Razer actually had good quality back then. I had the original Boomslang and it was badass. I bought a few of their products later and none of them lasted more than a year, and I'm the kind of person who babies their gadgets.

@@Brunnen_Gee They were god awful in terms of usability quality, just had good materials in the build that made it feel sturdy, but the clicks, scroll wheel were awful. I still have this mouse, its still in good condition and clean, just horrendous in terms of clicks.

That music button opens up the software you set up as default on Win10, so it can be Spotify, iTunes, Groove Music, like anything. That keyboard is an absolute beast, i was using mine for like 8years. Had to disassemble it a few times to clean it and fix small things, but otherwise its still working as a charm. Only changed it because i wanted the chroma rgb wave effect so i bought an ornata😆

the dock up top and center of the Tarantula was called the "Battle Station" When I owned one there were two super rare attachments. One was a blue led mini flood light that was meant to illuminate the entire keyboard. Picture a street light that points the light field downward onto the keys. The other was a microphone.

I sold a razer tarantua and the "add on" that you speak of was for a "battlelight" I believe, you just pop that cap off and plug in the light, and it would shine light down on the keyboard. Pretty unique.

I have a logitech G500s which i've had for a long time.. It's starting to get pretty old and jittery.. Any recommendations which mouse i should get next? I've gotten used to the G500s shape.. Which is long and high. It's a chunky mouse. And since i have a fabric type mousepad that gets dirty really often, it needs to be an optical mouse so a piece of hair doesn't render it useless like lazer mouses do.

It's a double exposure shot. You basically shoot the clip whit no hand, and then without moving the mouse you dou whatever you want with your hand

OMG this the dream mouse i've long after 18 years ago when i still in university and playing CS 1.6, back then i was already using func surface 1030 mousepad and MX510 mouse but i could not source this particular mouse. i totally dig this shape and the name sound awesome,definitely a collector piece razer release a re-dubbed version in 2007 but i missed that one,would buy it in a heartbeat if i see one today

My uncle had either a optical or laser mouse with somekind of a "glasspad" in 1997 or so, that was really something imho before the opticals went into mainstream and started to work with cloth etc. :)
