Beautiful wash and go results! I always use a cream under my eco gel and there is no hard crunch! Great to see OG products being used that you can find on the ground and are affordable. Thanks for sharing this combo!

Beautiful results, the Shea Moisture Smoothie use to be my fav when I first went natural. I use to like using it with the Kinky Curly Custard. I need to visit that combo again.

Hey Rae, I have both of these in my stash. I may need to give this combo a try. I use a lot of curl creams as leave ins. Some of them have the moisture, but no hold or "styling" properties for me. This one is so thick, it makes it hard to spread. I think your results still looked really good 😍

Your hair looks great! I recently revisited the Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie, it did not define my curls enough and frizzed shortly after drying... I will try it again and pair with a gel, it may produce better results!

Thanks! Yeah, I don't think it is strong enough for my hair alone unless I'm doing a twist out, but definitely not for a wash and go. Let me know how it goes if you try it with a gel. Thanks for tuning in.

I always get jealous of those who can use eco because it's so easy to get, even from where I live, but it never holds my hair, and it dries out my hair. Your hair looks gorgeous still.

Thank you! You can always substitute wetline extreme for the eco. Can you get that where you live?

@NaturalRaeRae Maybe it's the sodium hydroxide that is in Wetline, but my hair literally fell out in clumps with that gel (although it looked gorgeous 😕), and iherb is no longer carrying ice curls.

What a coincidence, I just picked this up to try for the millionth time because I'm incorporating the anthony dickey method into my regimen. I did a wash n go with the leave in from this line with enough conditioner to shake out curls in shower then smoothie on top. Looked great, nice and soft. I know from experience to watch out for build up with this one. Looked good for 2 days, just washed out.
