As a woman I love these holsters! I don’t like kydex. It is very uncomfortable for me personally and prints way too much. I live in fl and it’s hot and I wear mostly tight clothes with tank tops, etc. I have tried a ton of holsters and very expensive ones at that to try and find something comfortable and doesn’t print so much and this holster really works for me. I carry either ruger lcp 2 or gx4. Depending on what I am doing and what I am wearing but I do really like these so far. Been using now for about a year. I only have a light on my house gun and minimal things attached to my carry gun. It just weighs me down too much to have lights and optics and kydex all involved.
I agree with you, Sticky holsters are a great secondary option and they are super comfortable to carry. I like the fact one Sticky holster can accommodate several different firearms (of similar size). Sticky holsters will never replace my kydex holsters but if I’m running out to the store, they are a great quick option on the run, or, as you said, useful while waiting for a gun specific holster to be purchased. I’ve used mine for both pocket and IWB carry without issue.
IWB they absolutely work. I have not tried them in a pocket but IWB I have had ZERO issues. I always take out the holster when I re-holster my gun and then put it back IWB.
Agreed. I've bought 5 additional stickies since getting that belt. Way more comfortable than any kydex and it's not going anywhere with the CC belt securing it down and adding aluet another sticky lmsurface to press up against.
I have one I love it. The first time in my life, I feel comfortable carry my gun on my waist without hurting me . IWB only✅ (NEVER INSIDE POCKET) 👍👍👊🏼👊🏼
I find the laser debate interesting on edc. If I have a split second to draw and fire and have zero opportunity to use my iron sights or red dot, with the armalaser activating with simply my grip, I will get a shot in target. It may not be center mass if I have zero time or am at a weird angle, but I guarantee I’ll get a shot on target. I absolutely can’t do that with just using my red dot holosun or iron sights. So a laser that’s triggered simply by grip, i think is beneficial for everyday carry…especially for someone who has trouble aiming or takes a long time to aim correctly….. feels like the laser gets hate, because everyone “thinks” they’re a Seal sniper and want to preach about proper gun technique…when the reality is most people have zero time to think or prep for a shot…and any advantage to get the bullet on target seems smart to me…
I use a Sticky holster for my Glock 26 and my Glock 43X in my Levi jean pocket everyday and it works great. I also use my Sticky holster for my sig p365. They fit great.
Purchased one for my gx4 because i put a tlr-6 on it and its hard to find any other supporting holsters, its a decent holster for the price. Definitely a budget holster and will be looking into getting a different holster that clips to what you’re wearing. The sticky holster is good on certain days but feel like its not the best for EDC.
I bought a Sticky holster for my P320 with Optics. I received OR7 and called them right away because a part of my trigger was exposed. The customer service person said because it is made for so many different firearms, that happens. If you want to see my Sticky holster, hurry up because it's in my garbage.
What has been your long term review on blacksmith tacticals flex rig like better for summer or winter and how is it with someone your build my body is of similar build and was looking to purchase a flex rig
Kind of curious how one of these would run with a kydex trigger guard sheath - probably same footprint as adding a light or laser. Best of both worlds?
Since you're in tight with Blacksmith Tactical how long does it take to get holsters shipped to you? I have a few holster companies that I like a lot and was gonna give Blacksmith a try until I seen on their site that it's a 3-4 week lead time. That's very long and I decided to order from another place I like early this morning. It already shipped today(same day) and the tracking says I'll have it on Monday. They're made to order too with a specialty pattern so they're not pre-made and sitting on a shelf. The other 2 companies I use are quick too. Just don't understand why Blacksmith takes so long. I thought you might have some incite on it.
@@spnfirearms I'm an impatient dude. I only have patience when it comes to my kids. If it was a week I'd be like ehhh ok that's cool..But I went through and picked everything and at the bottom when it comes to completing the order you have to check a box that says you agree that our current lead time is 3-4 weeks. I was like ohhh noo.
@@Natural9Alex Muddy River Tactical. Great holsters and super fast. Bought on Tuesday morning and it was delivered to my house on Friday of the same week.
