Thanks for a good tip. Very helpful for me. You are a high technique instructor. Your channel receive attention less than it's true value. Your channel are mine of gold, full of high quality contents.
For corners, you can follow my other tutorial here to make them look good: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6WBlHGGMjzs.html In your case, you'll have 2 straight walls and 1 curved wall in between. That creates 2 corners to clean up using the trick above.
hi, this is a great video! I've been searching for this tutorial and glad that you made a video about this. However, I faced a problem, idk how but i couldn't easily select the small glass panel after i did the 50mm grid, hope you can help. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful! About the glass panels, they do become harder to select if they're small. You can try zooming in, hover your cursor over a panel and press Tab repeatedly until it highlights, at which point you can click to select it. You can also then right click the selected panel and select all other ones on the same row with it using Select Panel > Along Vertical/Horizontal Grid.
many many time I try thee same your tutorial but not get yet, sir you create the mullion same the glass wall right then how to show in the mullion category, bcz i create the same wich u did but that mullion not show in the mullion categary mullion show wall properties wall panel
@@RVBoost yes sir but u select the mullion the uncheked then dropdown the mullion categary and select the new new mullion which you convert simple wall to mullion i do the same but not showing i follow you same to same 😭
@@sohail3360 It was still a wall. I simply renamed it to be "mullion", but it's not of the curtain wall mullion category. The renaming part was showed in the video.
Hi, it's the same as adding doors to a straight curtain wall. Simply select a curtain panel, unpin it, and then replace it with a door. You obviously need to have the door loaded first.
Glad you liked it 😊 For a curved roof, you'll need to use massing and pattern-based curtain panels. I have some other tutorials on this channel on that too.
This method is great but I can't seem to edit the mullion spacing well for some reason when I try to add segments after removing them all it revert back to making straight panels...
@@RVBoost Thanks for the quick response I started again from the curtain wall that doesn't come with mulions or curtain grid (not the storefront or the one above it) and I made the grids from there. I am still a beginner and again thank you for the video :).
When you've activated the Curtain Grid Line tool, there'll be a button on the ribbon for switching to "1 segment" mode. Click that and then click where you want to place the grid :)
hi i have one problem. i create a wall and then i replace the wall with the storefront as you did. Then i do the glass panel trick that you did and it replaces my panels successfully and it makes them curved. But i have a problem with the horizontal mullions. I delete them as you do, and press the curtain grid button. But when i place the horizontal grid it adds automatically mullion and not just a line grid. what am i doing wrong?
Hi, it sounds like the curtain wall type has a setting for automatically adding millions. To stop this, select the wall, go to Type Properties, then select None for all horizontal and vertical grid lines.
