I have peripheral artery disease in my legs and am wondering if it would be worth buying this machine. Does it help for this issue?

No device of this nature can claim to cure a disease. FDA will not allow it. It is FDA Class I Cleared? Most any devices that do no harm you can receive the Class I clearance. There are PEMF devices that cost more that have been clinically tested to improve your blood flow for hours. The best will focus on blood flow to the cells. One has actually gotten Class II Clearance. This is what attracts your doctor's attention. If it is a TENS you want you can get these devices for much less. I got a rechargable unit that will stimulate two areas at the same time (4 pads) for less than $40. It was only the TENS unit. No foot massager.
