I just got my 86 300e running after 19 years needs some work but I got it running replacing my fuel pump and filter. Siphoned gas out and put new gas. It over heats and I probably have a blown head 🫠 I’m no expert with cars but watching your videos gives me tons of inspiration so thank you for that

I am about to jump into the same situation..... and I think the first task will be to replace the fuel filters and pumps, was this a difficult job to do? Did you have to clean out the gas tank as well?

I love that you guys are fixing up such great cars!! I got a black on black 1993 W124 300E with the 3.2 M104 engine. It's pretty nice, but I need to fix a trans upshift issue and some rust, but I already fixed electrical issues, mono wiper gears, and deactivated the faulty alarm. Great car to work on!

POWER ASSISTED FLUID IS MERCEDES SPECIAL FLUID ONLY FOR W124 ,.. FOR THE STEERING DONOT USE ATF FLUID.

The W124 is a great car, ranks a close 2nd to the W123 in quality. I've owned several of both models....love them! I had a 1995 E320 black with ivory interior that I sold, foolishly.

Nice! I have the same exact car. 91 black on black with the gold trim. 202000 miles on it and runs like a champ! I drive it everyday and love every bit of it.
