Hey guys, I found a forgotten bag in the closet. Have a happy day with the video. Thank you! ► Digital Pattern : etsy.me/3s7Zszi ► Contact Ad Inquiries hahnsatelier@gmail.com
Yet another wonderful transformation, Hans. My QUESTIONS are similar to others below: - What inspired you to start working with leather.... and bags in particular? - How many years have you being doing this? - Is this channel your only income source or is this your hobby? - What are you most passionate about in life? - Have you travelled much/at all outside your country? - What philosophies of life could you could pass on? (though you do do such sometimes in your vids) Thank you Hans. Look forward to learning more about the man behind the hands...
I love how your videos begin with a brief intro into the life of a handbag. Very interesting. The best part, however, is watching you resuscitate the old by bringing in the new. Bravo!!
Hi Hahns! 👋🏻 I’d love to ask how long you’ve been practicing leatherwork? And were you trained/how did you train? I’m mesmerised by your work, it’s just stunning 🤩 Thanks, from Ireland 🇮🇪
Love♥️ So satisfying and comfortable to watch. I’m so in love with the new design. It’s classic and simple. I don’t know about the original brand though, your is as priceless as any other designer bags out there.
Oh my God. That was amazing. I love Agner and you made this bag 110x better than the original. Your work never ceases to amaze me! Thank you for the video!
You did a fabulous job on this purse! I am totally amazed at the skill you have. Where did you learn how to do this kind of work?......how long have you been doing leather work? Have you lived in many places? Are your fingers calloused from all the hand sewing? I do historical clothing and have been sewing for many, many years and I know the beating our fingers take when we are sewing. Thank you again for the beautiful craftsmanship you display!
❤ such talent is a pleasure to watch! QUESTION: could you tell us about how much time you spend on re-creating and creating each bag? I'm sure that each bag is different. But you make it look so easy and I KNOW that it's not! 😊
I’ve been enjoying your lovely channel for a while now, for the Q&A I’d be interested to know where you find your hardware and supplies, and why you might choose to stiffen a bag one way vs a different way in another project. Like in this one you used the metal piece under the handle but on past designs that have been similar you haven’t (or if you then it hasn’t been shown on screen before) could you kindly explain why you might choose one method over the other would be a huge help! I’ve recently gotten into making my own bags, making my own patterns is a challenge I am learning to master, any tips or tricks you use and advice for newbies would also be amazing to see in a Q &A. Can’t wait for the next video!
Your channel has become one of my absolute favorites on RU-vid! Thank you so much for the beautiful, peaceful content with your witty commentary ❤ Questions: 1. Where is the Dior bag video? It was my absolute favorite! 2. What has been your personal favorite project so far?
I love watching your videos! I want to learn about the process more from your videos - QUESTION: is there any way you could post lists of materials you commonly use (like those foam sheets you put inside panels to reinforce them?). Thank you for your work!
Your work is amazing! It inspired me to try making a bag. I managed to do it but I found finishing the edges very tricky and time consuming. Could you please show us in detail how it's done and how much time it takes, as well as product references maybe? Best wishes for this big turn in your life!
I love your channel! Thank you for asking for our ideas. Yes, I have a lot of questions, but I will only pose a few as follows: 1) When you disassemble a bag, how do you decide which new bag to create? 2) Do the patterns already exist and from where? 3) Have you created the patterns yourself and maintain your own library of styles? 4) Where did you receive your education and training? 5) How long have you been in this profession? 6) It seems that in the majority of your videos, you are creating the new bags for a particular client. Do you ever just purchase old bags, restyle them, and then sell them?
I think I can answer the no.2 & 3, he literally selling/promote his own pattern here by making DIY bags on YT, there is a link to the pattern shop on the description.
Your work is so calming and conforting, thank you! I wonder what kind of a relationship do you have with leather as a material? Does it speak to you as you touch it, as you work with it? Do you feel it works together with you to become what you want it to become?
Love your work. Enjoy watching. I’m amazed at how excellent everything comes out. You’re a real inspiration. I know you leave a lot out because I’m sure it takes a long time to plan and complete these projects. Look forward to seeing more.
What a beautiful "new" bag. I'd have that over the original item every time. It's an absolute pleasure to watch you work ❤❤❤ And I'm very jealous of your skills 😊
The transformation is beautiful, as always. I do have one question for a Q & A: Do you know how the designers of the original bags feel about having their products re-designed? If I were one of them, I think I might be a bit upset because your finished products are so gorgeous and better than the originals!
