abdesamed ghazi hello, it just depends on what stage your at with it to start with but say you didn’t have anything needed to support that power, in my opinion you would need about £4000 roughly, remember also the EcoBoost engine in these are 1.6 litres too just to let you know 😎👌👍 you are very welcome, so pleased you enjoyed it, please stick around and subscribe as we also need more people like yourself on here. Think you'd have got even more power with the Airtec stage 3 cooler. Supposed to be much better than the Pro. Lovely car mate, hoping to go stage 3/4 sometime next year

Rabbit hole explorer thanks fella funny you say that but I’d tend to agree the pro cooler is awesome because much lighter and a lovely quality bit of kit in terms of materials and weld quality but it’s more for a stage 3 car but we’re about to go with a soon developed new bit of kit from Pro alloy and it’s going to definitely be better than the Airtec stage 3 cooler and again lighter :-) Thank you so much for the kind words about the car really appreciate it. @@PeakPerformanceReviews of course matey your cracking reviews of it have completely sold me on the kit. One thing i was thinking of adding is either a pumaspeed quickspool tubular manifold or an airtec tubular manifold, my thoughts are the last restriction would be the exhaust manifold?? Ill be taking it back to the hub dyno that i always use once its installed so ill have a nice video of that on here to go with my cp2 one

Retroboost83 that’s will be absolutely amazing! A tubular manifold will take it to a while different level, mid range and top end will be class! Should help everything in fact and spool! if you do that I need to have a go fella and we’ll feature it in our modified minions series ❤️👌😎

The RS front bumper is gorgeous mate. What’s the cost from stock to stage 4+ just all the engine components and exhaust etc ?

Peter Lecoutier thank you so much fella, really appreciate the kind words. I’d say 80-90% people love it and then there no in between it seems. You are probably looking at close and around to £5000 ($5500 US) for all you would need which wouldn’t include fitting. You could probably do it for cheaper but that’s somewhere between the basics of what you would need and having everything. My is stock motor at the moment and probably will stay with stock internals if it can take it :-) so far so good .... but don’t wanna curse anything lol! Thought around 5k. The turbo sounds so good. I’m tempted to either get a corsa vxr or the st you can do more with the st and much more reliable but vxr is cheaper option. Is it an rs spoiler also ?

Peter Lecoutier yep that’s about right. Honestly the VXR is a good platform but it isn’t even close to be on the same level for chassis and strength pay the extra you won’t be disappointed. To be honest at stage too with close to 250bhp these things are little rocket ships that punch so so much over there weight 👌😎👍 what do you drive at the moment fella?

Mike G. No you just need a good body shop that no what there doing, it’s not something I’d attempt to do on my own imo and maybe a tiny bit of fettling may have been done. The bumper also fits this intercooler perfect with no mods needed.

19marshall80 yep that’s it, everyone else I’ve spoke to for you has said the normal updated discs and pads route with braided lines and good fluid is the only way to go but the wilwood stuff and kit is awesome. I’d go with that set up if you happy to spend the money. BBK and good brakes are so important, what power are you running and what tyres?

@@PeakPerformanceReviews I just put 4 new Michelin pilot sport 3’s on, I have yellow stuff pads all-round/ M Tech grooved and slotted disc and Hel braided brake lines. The car is running the MR230 kit from Mountune I just feel sometimes it needs a little more bite on those spirited drives :)

19marshall80 I haven’t used those tyres but I hear there decent. I don’t rate the EBC yellow stuff pads however and have used them... that being said I push hard and use the car on track. I would honestly say go with the Wilwood, the MR230 should be sweet and similar to the REVO stage 2 we had on this car before. A BBK is one of the best mods you can do to a FST ❤️

17’ tuxedo black Focus ST/2 with k&n typhoon intake and some cosmetic mods. I test drove the Fiesta st and just seemed like i was crammed into a roller skate, and needed something a little bigger. But now that I’m single again i don’t really need the extra room. Lmao

Fordy Ford yeah close to 1100kg with a few bits off should be amazing and can’t wait to see what it’ll do as it already was a weapon around circuit. No straight fit even with the RS400 front bumper, very nice design from Pro Alloy ❤️

Spark Plug Steve some places say 1088kg other places have it listed as 1163kg I’m not sure I can believe it’s quite as light as 1088kg but that would be nice as it really would have a mighty power to weight ratio. I need to weigh I think, not sure if anyone has confirmed it’s weight somewhere?

@@PeakPerformanceReviews the difference between those 2 figures is 75kg. Some manufacturers include a 75kg weight to account for a driver. So 1088 is the weight of the car and 1163 with a fictional driver.

The intercooler would look better in black. It would look more stealth. As it is, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Glenn Ashby, being crazy Stage 4 the intercooler being fairly out there.... it’s kinda fitting so I don’t mind tbh. That being said we’re changing for a bigger more deep version and I am tempted to actually go the more stealthy look 👍👌

tino barbera it hasn’t seemed to effect anything too badly, it’s has a cold air feed pipe which is quite large that feeds the filter. That doesn’t come with the kit though.

Richards Aquarium it varies but doing it right your looking at about 3.5k - 4.5k but that would be everything fully fitted. I think you could spend more but that’s about right. If you did it yourself you could save a good thousand pounds etc. Thanks for watching Richard, loads more videos to come 👌👍🙌

Just because its an updated Hybrid turbo that doesn't warrant the title.. Stage 4. Hybrid turbo set ups are stage 3 and Garret setup Stage 4. Also Pumaspeed stage 3 x47 turbo users make 350hp... Revo Stage 4 makes less than pumaspeed stage3?

James Cooper I’m only naming it what Revo names it, if I put stage 3 Revo it would confuse the hell out of anyone watching considering the stage 3 Revo for the car is completely different and only makes 300bhp. This makes 347.7bhp and tbh like any of the stage 3/4 turbo combos I’d take it like a pinch of Salt as who do you believe and is it true?!? Possibly, possibly not but ones things for certain is it’s definitely is somewhere between 330-350bhp all day long. I’m not saying what warrants this or that I just don’t want to confuse anyone as to what I have on this car ..... isn’t that fair. Besides I’m not here to willy wave all these hybrid/uprated turbo kitted cars that hit 300bhp are frigging awesome. Your taking an already capable fast platform and pushing it further and making it faster and it’s awesome. I’ve seen impressive things for every single kit, not personally but on vids and what not. Can’t we all just get along and admit there room for loads of different tuners and packages lol 😂 Anyways hopefully you may of enjoyed the video :-) I’m guessing you have an ST? What is your set up fella?

​@@PeakPerformanceReviews No no no dont get me wrong im not saying its on you at all! Just one thing that annoys me with the car world in general the " Stages ". Different stages get thrown around left right and center. Just always been stage 3 was hyrbid and garret setups are stage 4. In revos eyes garret setups are now stage 5 then? haha!? Not your fault at all! I love how much hate the ST gets outside of the ford groups.. people think its just a little kids car that we all try to make fast... 350hp in a car that weighs just over 1 tonne.. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing there face after you've pulled lengths on them haha! Brilliant car, 400hp coming soon with the x57 turbo. Going to be unreal. x47 Hybrid, pro alloy, full ITG, Decat Full Milltek, Tarox BBK Ect Ect. Silly fun!

James Cooper ah mate tell me about it, tbh I’ve never understood it lol! I own a 888bhp Toyota Supra as well and the Supra community would laugh at this funny naming system we now seem to have with set ups lol. That’s sounds epic fella on your car and yep I totally agree it’s a little pocket rocket that 90-95% of the time doesn’t have much that’ll touch it at these kinda levels. The X57 is going to be amazing, will need a built motor for sure though at level but my god it’ll be awesome. Also at that level you’ll need to be looking at maybe doing something to the gearbox and clutch. Start to get expensive real quick ... however tbh with these cars it would be worth it as there awesome like you say. Can’t wait to get mine back out on track soon and haven’t been on circuit since it’s been at this level. I’m changing to an even bigger cooler and maybe a different intake system soon. C Oopsee yes u are right I have stage 3 x47 pumaspeed and I made 340hp so I can see what u trying to say there but if I get stage4 I could see round about 345 to 350hp but I’m happy what I’ve got don’t won’t to push the engine to hard really

James Nelson yeah typically 100bhp or close to that from modified stage 2 stock turbo power levels. Unreal when you think it started life circa 200bhp so nearly 150bhp gain from stock. Money well spent I’d say ❤️👌😎

Robert Taylor thanks, to be honest I’m with you on that. So far it’s been on the car about 2 months and I’ve been giving it death on the daily and thus far ok ....... but yep at circa 350bhp level you think it could be a lottery .... will keep everyone informed .... so far :-) so good :-) ❤️👌😎👍

@@PeakPerformanceReviews drive it warm and cold. Its the key. I got the 1.0 with 170hp & 300nm, its a daily and i drove it now for 70tkm without issues. On a good day it does 230 kp/h (220gps)

@@PeakPerformanceReviews of course!! Thats why we are tuning engines. To feel the raw power haha. I live in germany and i have friends all over germany. So i drive a lot of autobahn too. Sometimes i drive like 50-100 full throttle kilometres one way. And i am suprised how good these 1.0 EB's are. I am aiming for a new car next year. I would like to stay with Ford but the only car with good potential now is the Mustang GT with a supercharger. I had some test drives with the 18' RS3 and 18' M2 Competition while the M2 was a good bit disappointed in terms of sound and power. The RS3 was a bomb in every way. 100-200 in ~9 seconds that was impressive

Marcel K supercharged mustang would be cool. I have only driven the M2 and it’s amazing I can only imagine the M2 Comp must be class! I love the RS3 but I’d have the M2 Comp over it I would gather. Need to drive one soon, funny enough I was looking at an M2 Comp only yesterday but of course I’ve ordered the new Supra now :-) going to be class.

kevin bone thanks :-) I’ve kept the original cat, thankfully it’ll bolt straight on if required:-) not ideal but I guess has to be done. A good sports cat is not a bad choice imo if anything much better for this reason

Trim world I’ve done about 2000 miles only so far but so far so good, only time will tell. From what I’ve been reliably informed the clutch is normally fine but close to the limited a good little and not to expensive upgrade is an ST200 clutch which is slightly stronger. Again so far so good on that front on the original clutch with 40,000 miles on the clock with no sign of slip etc yet. I’m told the gearbox and Driveshaft are close to the limit and can go at around or just over this power. It seems to be close to the limit but ok from what I’m hearing, the motor if taken care of should and has proven to be good with other cars with 400bhp so should be fine. I’ll keep everyone informed if I have any problems certainly. Full drive video is coming very very soon also 👌😎👍

Marius Roetzel I certainly did, imo absolutely not needed, don’t get me wrong it’ll make power and it’s worthwhile but science is science and CFM flow won’t be stopped and restricted by the stock cat as much as some of the other restrictive thing in there. To be honest enough and adequate flow and power can be made on a car with a stock cat 👌👍

@@PeakPerformanceReviews yeah, thats what i already heard about 1 or 2 years ago from a guy who was selling peron software, but he got bashed in the forums for this statement. Also Collins Performance says it isnt necessary to run an aftermarket downpipe on stage 2 tunes. I'm CP2 atm, and its known for not making any high numbers, i'm thinking about going revo, the downpipe would be the only thing I need to change. st200 Intake is in, stage 2 airtec intercooler is in, boostpipe is in, DV+ Valve is in, crossover pipe is in. But 1000€ for a downpipe (in germany you need the tüv certificate, thats why its so expensive)? How many miles you went with this stage 2 setup? You said you've done trackdays and so on, so you used it pretty hard? No concerns about (too high?) temperatures? I'm new to your channel, sorry if im missing something.

Marius Roetzel just go for it for sure. I had done around 30,000 miles while REVO Stage 2 with stock cat. The car had done about 20 track days + in that time including Spa full day and Nurburgring zero issues 👌😎❤️ Go for it, thank you for subscribing really appreciate it. We do loads of videos on our Fiesta including loads of track days :-) now can’t wait till our next as stage 2 was awesome this stage 4 is going to be unreal. The great thing about this car is it already punches above it’s weight ❤️👌😎

Jokebre it’s literally just Eibach Pro springs with 20mm Eibach spacers on the front to help clear the BBK and 15mm eibach spacers on the rest to finish off the look, I love the look too. N J P what stage 3 was it? If Revo it’s not possible unless the Dyno operator chooses to “Manipulate” the figures by changing some figures within the software. Hence why Dyno dynamics dyno’s run a thing call shootout mode which stops operators from doing this when they want accurate figures. This being said it’s possible because some other companies “stage 3” kits are at different power for there different stages. Like I said what turbo/tuner and Dyno out of interest?

It’s not overly big per se, sit well on stock manifold with decent clearance from surrounding parts etc but certainly a good bit bigger, it actually produces amazing power for its size without the need for huge boost pressures, hence why it can stay very reliable and spool very well too. This is largely down to the fact it’s a billet wheel turbine hence lower weight and also ball bearings too which help. Lovely design and flow, makes for an efficient turbo and combo. How? I get that squeal too. Been back to SCC several times. No change, still there when I hit wide open throttle when max boost comes it squeals like a pig between 3-4k rpm..? 🤷🏻‍♂️

wayne allan yeah tbh it really did, that being said rumours or not from what I heard most Revo stage 3 cars were typically about as quick as any of the hybrid/none bolt on turbos that are out there. Not sure how much truth is out there but there is a lot of BS and untruth out there. One things for sure is this stage 4 kit makes this car damn quick and already there are people running very very low 12’s with these kits 👌🤘😎

Peak Performance Reviews yes that isn’t true u have got pumaspeed x57 coming out soon and it will run between 360/400hp not sure what is the toque going to be but the toque will be more then x47 turbo and I know it done some damage to cars that y I would never have revo and it is a very aggressive map

wayne allan tbh I’ve had loads of REVO tuning and bits and never had a problem they just work. The X47r is supposed to be a good bit of kit, realistically imo there nothing much between most of these kits and it’s each to there own. One things for sure you’ll need a built motor and fuel system upgrade for that power... certainly not the way I want to go but yeah man that’ll be awesome fella. Will keep an eye out for that, what mods have you got?

Peak Performance Reviews yes I have spoken to them all ready and that comes with the turbo as it lose fuel Bec of the power no u might had a problem with revo but I know two people what had Bec it’s very aggressive map and u need fu400 kit with the turbo and with out the turbo it will do 360hp and with kit between 400/10hp

Bryan Matos hello fella, that’s the boost solenoid purging .... too much or because of a on of press of the throttle. Tbh this dyno was pre road ready tune as the ECU learns and adjusts the file. The car needs to be driven loads more before it’s perfect and runs better and how it should. Because of that tbh these number need to be taken with a pinch of salt until it’s adjusted. We’ll be doing some more videos very very soon 👌😎👍

​@@PeakPerformanceReviews Actually that is surge on the inlet of the turbo itself because Turbotechnics/Revo didn't machine a surge port in the compressor cover. There is a surge pocket on the inlet of the turbo for the integrated BOV to release into however the air being drawn into the turbo is going into this pocket and causing turbulence because it has nowhere to go. The compressor cover should have surge ports machined on the throat of the inlet going to the compressor wheel. We have a turbo that a customer shipped us because many people are having issues. We will be proving a solution shortly.
