Thanks for this great product, just received mine last week and it's awesome. I'm having troubles on one situation, maybe you can help me. I'm trying to scan a bronze statue of a bull about 3 m wide and 1,8m tall on the street. This statue is not very glossy and have poor details on the body, but rich details on the head. I tried to scan it under almost every light conditions, direct sunlight, cloudy, heavy cloudy, foggy on heigts, sunset, nigth with street bulbs and nigth with ligth ring (the one is used by vloggers. On every situation, the result is the same: nothing. The scanner doesn't see anything, nor near mode nor far mode, nor dark mode. What do you think may be the problem? My last try it's gonna be sticking markers on it and try markers mode.

Hello, thank you very much for your recognition. Based on your description, I have a rough idea of the issue. Is your scanning object reflective? If so, we recommend applying a spray to the scanning object before scanning, and this should yield better results. Additionally, I suggest joining our MIRACO group, where you can share the issues you encounter, and you'll receive more assistance from experienced and helpful individuals in the group.
