Thanks! For sharing your knowledge. I have a couple of points to make. 1. You rightly said that meditation brings positive changes in the DNA. Actually telomere in the DNA grows bigger in the ppl who meditate. 2. Forgiveness is imperative to live a blissful life but we shouldn't forget the negative events or ppl who have dented our psyche. If we forget, they will harm us again. Remember! Mohammed Gazni was forgiven 16 times by Prithviraj Chauhan when he attacked Somnath temple, he came back with more vengence 17th time to capture our valiant king. Had Prithviraj killed him on the third invasion, history would have been different. Meditation enables us to tap into cosmic wisdom, it enhances our intuition hence saves us from miseries. Third, when we meditate, our fear dissipates and faith in God grows many folds. In the current time and age, Population explosion of muslims is real, it definitely poses a threat to peace and security of many nations. We shouldn't fear it but we should pray to God and should have faith that the radical and destructive mindset of fanatic muslims will change for better to embrace peace and harmony in the world. Fear should be replaced with strong faith as majority of ppl believe that every human is capable of being a divine person.

You are senior, but certainly not old enough to be called a वयोवृद्ध. I appreciate your presentations, and the fluency in it. Sir, may I Out of humble curiosity venture to know , Where from and how did you acquire and store this huge quality knowledge you impart to us,on so many subjects and topics. While listening to your medical topics, I feel you are a senior doctor. whereas on lectures like meditation I feel you are a psychiatrist and a yoga teacher. Ram sir your explanation is too good. Though I meditate & go in trance many times, it is not fully satisfying. I shall correct. What I gather is that WHEN IN MEDITATION one should adopt good thoughts. However I may say that appropriate acting on unpleasentarys ( like ShriKrishna ) is also needed & pardonable.

इसे meditation ना कहें कोई और नाम ईज़ाद कर लें। meditation प्रत्यक्ष रूप में thoughts emotions वातावरण को as-is देखने को कहते हैं dreamy visualization को नहीं! meditation के दौरान जब आप किसी negative emotion की तरफ़ spectator की तरह, दर्शा की तरह देखते हैं तो वो negative emotion बिलकुल dissolve हो जाते हैं - रह ही नहीं जाए - और आपका हृदय करुणा का सागर बन जाता है - ये होता है meditation का effect। Ram ji आप जो पढ़ा रहे है उसे focused visualization कह लीजिए लेकिन meditation ध्यान नहीं 🙏🏼

वर्मा जी आप बहुत ही ग़लत बात सिखा रहे हैं - आपकी 75% बात सही है लेकिन 25% बहुत ही ग़लत है जो ग़लत है वो ये हैं 1. meditation किसी भी सूरत में नुक़सानकारी नहीं होता। meditation law of attraction नहीं है। 2. जो benefits आप meditation के बता रहे हैं वो by-products हैं लेकिन जब आप किसी desire/चाह को ध्यान में रख कर meditation कर रहे हैं तो वो कुछ और है मेडिटेशन नहीं!! 3. Meditation is NOT for the meditator. जैसे ही meditator आता है meditation नहीं रह जाता। 4. Meditation is NOT focusing on anything. It’s seeing things AS THEY ARE!! उनके प्रत्यश रूप में नाकि जैसा आप उसे imagine करना चाहें। 5. जैसे ही आप किसी desire को fulfil करने की इक्षा से meditation करने लगते हैं तो वो मेडिटेशन नहीं drama बन जाता है Meditation के फ़ायदे 1. मुक्ति - liberation, freedom from all suffering. By-product of meditation: Ecstasy, joy, anand, healthy body etc etc etc.. Please don’t sell meditation like West is 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Meditation is more important than Oxygen for your body. But meditation done with an intention to achieve anything is like going for an American Diamond 💎 zircon, on the way to finding KOHINOOR OR BIGGEST DIAMOND ON EARTH. निकले तो थे kohinoor ढूँढने रास्ते में अमेरिका ने Cubic zircon (अमेरिकन lab made diamond) दिखा दिया और आप वहीं रुक गए 😢 ये ग़लत है। ग़लत शिक्षा मत दीजिए 🙏🏼
