Your hunch was right on the money about the probe damaging the pellets once in a while. While cocking the gun, while the probe is backing out, the pointy bit of the pellet probe is damaging the pellet actually pulling on it in the magazine because of the mag's spring tention. It does not happen every shot of course, but it does cause that one flyer out of every full mag. Now if the pellet probe would be the same size as the pellet, not to a point, this would not even be an issue. Carm magazines will hopefully make of of their mags for the Myth/Tormenta in the future. They figured out a work-around for the problem. Their mags do not have the typical half-moon internals of the stock magazines. Your honesty is greatly appreciated! Try it with BSA gold star pellets, my Lyra loves them. The loading problem may be down to the thickness of the pellet skirt!

Did you clean the barrel? Mine was the same at first. I think they cover it in crap from the factory.

Barrel probably needs cleaning. My Ixia was all over until i cleaned the barrel then the groups tightened right up.

This or the kral NP 02 if you had to choose one ?

I have the Ixia in 177, the same issues with the mags / prob. Mag locating ball not locking in mags. Case won't hold the rifle with a scope fitted, the catches are way to tight to use. I have fitted the Ixia in another case. The case I now use for the MiTo pistol I have fully built up with Hawke Air max scope & silencer fitted. I have had issues with both Reximex guns, but I have sorted them now. Both the Ixia and MiTo love the QYS streamline heavy and standard and are very accurate up to 40 yards for the Ixia. The MiTo is good for 30/35 yard. Nice to see your reviews of the Reximex range and see what issues and opinions other owners have.

Handled one of these last year, opted for the Ixia, still waiting. I hope the probe/mag problem doesn't transfer over. Case, no room for a scoped rifle, piss poor thinking on the manufacturer's behalf.
