Reximex Regime .177 review (UK Spec)-Big Dan's Airguns. 

Once again it's another Big Dan's Video that has blatant sound problems at the start. Thankfully at the half way point it does sort itself but I have no idea what's going on. Apologies for any inconveniences.

I read another comment, sound a bit muffled at the beginning, but I was able to hear every word Dan said. The trigger on my FX Crown is a bit like this. It has some creep, but then it encounters a bit of resistance before a crisp break. I am looking at this rifle for hunting.

Good one Dan , I’m with you on the budget side of life , I’m waiting for the Reximex Mito to be delivered in the next 3 days , as will be seen and reviewed on my channel ,, we’re it’s at with the budget stuff is what I’m about, not everyone has a grand to spend on a pellet gun , cheers Great review Shaneweightman

Great review again Dan and your 100% right on the Reximex triggers becoming heavy before the bite. After looking at the trigger sear on the Ixia they could easily redesign and make it a nice crisp two stage trigger and probably not that expensively. Oh well anticipation of the trigger engaging is an art or that's what I tell myself 😂

@bigdansairguns83 , happy to send you one of my 3D printed mags for Reximex rifles for you to try out. From the feedback I have been receiving, my mags eliminate the flyers and typically can make the rifle less pellet fussy. Bests, John of JCE.

Great review Dan, thank you so much. Interesting that the H&N FTT/BSA pellets don’t perform that well. If possible could you do a review of the gamo speedster springer in .22 it looks great in principle but not that much on it in the UK. Cheers mate

Looked at the brand reximex. Contacted my local dealer as it was on his website. Only to be told they have had so many problems with them and sent most of them back for being faulty. They will no longer be selling them.

Very impressive for the price especially with those Barracuda pellets ,looks like a bit of a bargain at the price Thanks Dan , have a great Christmas and an even better New Year . Shoot Straight Stay Safe & Stay Well .

Good review Dan, I always watch them & take your opinion & advice on board. I bought a MiTo, just fitted a Bob P folding stock. It shoots jsb express in .177 and Spitfire's a very close second. Both will group at 35 yards under a 5p. Reximex Mito is a very good, accurate light pistol carbine. Mine is running about 5.6 ftlbs. I did buy a Cometa 400 finex in .177 but the compact star one. It's my favourite rifle. As you say one hell of an accurate springer, what will give a hw97 a run for it's money. Keep up the review's looking forward to your next one.

Great info. I was not impressed with accuracy till the Remington/H&N and you only need one pellet to work well. Surprising the BSA's did not work better as they are H&N also. Slip a Reg on it and it would be perfect but 60-70 shots is more than enough for hunting.

Excellent vid Dan , as per usual ... accuracy with those H&N's is very impressive , and on that note , the 9 grain ones you mentioned you should have bought to test ( I take it there the 9.57grn Baracuda FT's your referring too ) are the pick of the H&N range , good in most of my rifles ( and thats how I rate pellets , testing in at least 10 rifles ) and particularly good in the Brocock ... nobody seems to test them in there vids though .. which it strange , especially as they are billed as " FT " pellets .. Must also mention the spitfires .. very impressed with those , probably worthy of buying a tin to try in a few rifles .. .. the Regime itself Is a quirky thing , not overly ugly , but definitely a candidate for the saying " only a mother could love an ugly child " Btw , the Mrs says there's nothing wrong with yer nose ..

Good review as normal Dan, I will admit I am biased towards the the Reximex as I have 5 in total to date plus the pistol, 2 of them are the Regime in .177 & .22 plus they all seem to like Spitfire domes

Thanks for a great review as always Dan. I know looks are subjective, but geez' it's an ugly brute. Don't go puting my name down for one of these, i'm still stuck on the Cometa's, 😉 Anychance I can add a request if I may Dan? It would be good to see your indepth reviews on some Co2 rifles if possible. I know there isn't a great many about compared to springers and pcps, and even less reviews. Thanks again big fella.

Please do a review of the Beeman 1357. A none regulated bullpup PCP with wooden stock and underlever cocking arm. There was a gun shop in Yorkshire selling them for £205 which was crazy cheap, cheaper than even the USA version in the states. I wonder if they were decent?.
