I kinda love the odd base takes in G1 from Reynor. The pocket in PY can be taken later as a 4th, or even as a double expand, you can easily move a spore from the main to guard it & creep will already be there. But taking the "natural" instead of the far gold as the 2nd base lets him have more Larva to defend the gold with, makes his opponent less pressed to act because he didnt take the gold 1st, and gives his drones a place to retreat too with minimal lost mining. Wonder if more zergs will try it in the future
Hell yeah! I love seeing builds I play every day being used by pros! That Protoss game one zealot all in with the gasses pulled after charge and +1. You can actually go up to two more gates than hero did though!!
Before I watch I always think "best sc2 caster." Then I hear the intro😅 thanks lowko watching your casting always gets me ready to get my @$$ handed to me on the ladder
32:50 the fact that protosses dont put their stargate in the wall on that map baffles me. that would give your already insanely fast oracle like -3-4 seconds on the rush distance. Plus zergs scout it anyways
36:03 ah yes, the infamous charge....that looks suspiciously like blink. *we aren't fooled Lowko* lol also, what was previous "mend" ability? Was it just a insta-cast, with no heal-over-time?
As a Terran (sorry), I don't usually go with zerg -scary-. But... Raynor? ITalian? in Korea? I just cheer him. It's just Too Western European for you. Forza Reynor!!! xD
So why when you actually play the game, you can't zoom out as much? Seems like something everyone would want added in some future patch, but i have never seen anyone talking about it. Is there some major downside i can't think of?
"not the best muta control, Ive seen him get a ton of value". Meanwhile, looks up units lost, only 3 mutas lost while killing 23 workers. How much more value do you want?? lmao
StarCraft these days looks like either Zerg loses by getting absolutely steamrolled or barely eeks out a sweaty victory. And yet, Lowko keeps talking about Zerg supremacy. Dealing with the terrible and mighty swarm became just another work day for a pest control company.
How is he wasting time and money. He is playing against a pool of better players and getting better training as a result. EU has what, Serral, Clem, and a very few other competitive pros.
@@trstnhn this plus Koreans play weird Starcraft and thus, Reynor becomes more all-rounded pro the fact he loses to herO is due to the fact he's not accustomed with the Korean play as much as herO is
Anyone else dislike the "Hello Everyone My Name is Lowko" intro? It's way too loud when I'm looking for a chill game of Starcraft to watch, and there's no lead up to it, so there's no time to adjust my volume. It's like one of those loud annoying commercials you mute everytime you hear it because it's simply way too loud.
