RF Remote Controller - NOT RESPONDING 

I have same controller and remote (20 key) and sometimes the micro processor in remote gets confused and red led light will not light up anymore when pressing buttons. you have to remove coin battery and hold the power button down and one other button down together simultaneously long enough to discharge any current in remote to reset. then reinstall battery.... once remote is happy you will see the light flash again when pressing a button, more likely the power button.

What to do brother,I have same problem and same RF controller?

Where do I call or who do I notify to be sent a replacement controller?

Rf receiver...you are using a infared remote. Get RF remote

Вот у меня примерно такая же херня. Я жму на кнопку "выкл", а у меня загорается красная подсветка, а выключить можно только из сети. Вот и думаю, чего делать?

You need to pint it at it

Took apart (remove front sticker then the screws) and resolder the battery part. After that clean a little bit the buttons place. It will work!

hopefully you switched to Philips Hue, or at least XiaoMi
