“I was standing at the edge of the cliff road with a body at my feet. You didn’t need to study medicine to know how the man died. He died of cardiac arrest. The arrest was caused due to a thin blade of steel passing through his heart. I wasn’t too anxious to call a doctor as at the time the blade pricked out his life its handle happened to be in my hands.”
I have learnt a lot about how different things work in the world from you which obviously resulted in a certain amount of gratitude. The depth of Indian inner work is so deep that for instance if Ayn Rand has to figure out what Ramana has to say it will need a few rebirths for her. If she has to figure what he hasnt said then it will take even more rebirths ;P When it comes to literature I still remember the first line of Kalidas poem in Sanskrit. Kalidas describes the intimacy of Shiva and Parvati to be similar to that of a word and its meaning. At that time it just blew my mind!
200 years of British rule in India and for many years across the globe, the British were successful in making everyone believe that English language and their system of administration are the only way this human race will survive.I feel that the erstwhile British influence is still there .however I feel that communication in Telugu language is more detailed.the simplicity displayed by English is the main reason for its sustainability in the present day.

Exactly 💯 %your correct darling R.G.V. always logical person SWAPNA and Ram Gopal Varma garu both are too intelligent people Love you so much both of you SWAPNA and Ram Gopal Varma any interviews very well and good experience
In general it is true, but not in this episode, she didn't pose / ask any counter intuitive questions other than simply saying yes boss to his view points.
@@geethaha6755 may be, but there will be some difference definately. Being a girl, the absorption will be influenced by emotional factors in your case.
I differ with RGV on this aspect. The main reason behind popularity of English language was because of British ruled majority of the world and it spreads the language. Though our Telugu language confined within boundaries, but we do have great poets (Like Kalidas...etc), excellent novelists (Yandamoori...etc.). But one point that I do agree was that English has been reached-out each nook and crook of the world.
Spain and Portugese also ruled majority of the world but still English stood out. That's what RGV is trying to say, the fact is that, it stood out throught out the world. There is no denying in that. Adhi endhuku ala ayindhi ane points ikkada RGV cheppadaniki try chesthunnadu..
Most of his books are copied, even motivational boos also from western, even pattabi sri ram,do motivation videos n books based on western books written by Western philosopher's
@@akhilkumar2696😊 America took the mantle from British in propagating English after WW2. American popular culture took over not because English is such a great language but because of America's soft power on cultural artefacts. There are many European languages which have simpler grammar and usage than English but they never took over because the countries were not powerful at that particular time in history
Mandarin (1,117 million speakers) Hindi (615 million speakers) Spanish (534 million speakers) French (280 million speakers) Arabic (274 million speakers) Russian (258 million speakers) Portuguese (234 million speakers) Indonesian (198 million speakers) These are few largest spoken languages in the world
Think in general that all these country people know and talk English , it's not about populations language but how English is also through out these people
@@manatv4868 go with movie adaptation first and book next....The great Gatsby, confessions of a shopaholic, the Shawshank redemption,Harry Potter series, the fault in our stars, silver lining playbook.....all these has both book n movie versions....if available first watch Telugu dubbed version, then english one, then book....hope you ll hav fun👍
World lo most part British colonies and they enforced English into the education system to weaken the native cultures which bind people. Language and culture is intertwined to a great extent. Adhi English goppathanam kadhemo.. Inka friendly languages undocchu which is a relative measure.
True, he is wrong about quality of English, English is extremely familiar in India, because most books related to our livelihood are written in English. Any language would become famous if learned and was introduced.
English travelled all the world coz they colonized it. Where as Indian's never wanted to force anyone to do anything. There are spectacular writers like koppuri venkata kavulu who literally played with literature. RGV philosophy complex ga vundali antadu kani literature simple ga vundali ade Pani manam reverse lo chesam adi nachhatla. He is just a representative of colonial legacy
Philosophy simple ga unte adhi philosophy ela avthundhi? Moreover, indians also wanted to force anyone like the British. But the Britishers had the ability and were technologically advanced compared to indians, that's why they conquered us. For example, Our indian kingdoms always fought with each other show that we were also power hungry like the rest of the world
For specificity Germany is best and most of the western philosophy has been developed in this language, but English is dominating the world because of its fluidity and science is communicated in this language.
Yeddanapudi sulochana...gaddala kondA ganesh...varake thelusu anukuntaa rgv gaariki. We have legendary and iconic writers in telugu. Like raavi sasthri, kalipatnam ramarao...balivada kantharao and binadevi..
Mr RGV .... please listen the songs of 'aatreya' and you will find the simplicity of the Telugu literature and that is far better than simple English literature. I think u are the frog in the well. Please come out of the well.
I have been following your interviews especially with Rupa since long. But I feel your favouritism to English is just your liking. you can't attribute it to greatness of English. from my childhood I am following Telugu books reading Telugu books and I enjoy equally English as well as Telugu languages. Afterall language is a medium. Probably your Telugu teacher might have not teached you Telugu well.
Telugu lo aa writers vaallaku vachu ani choopettukovadaniki pedda pedda words vaaduthaaru, aa words telugu lo literature chesina vaadiki thappa common man ki artham kaavu.
exactly felt the same, English is popular not because of its linguistic merits or simplicity , it spread all over the world because of Britishers don't have much land so they obviously has to step out of their home country and look out to earn bread through business or steal others prosperity through winning wars and then ruled them over long time. Hence the spreading of language happened and become a common language of the world.

It's not about how simplistic is the language, rather it's all about colonial legacy which has been indoctrinated into our brains at the cost of denigrating our cultural logics....
from my theosophy to your conscience i will take a shake hand by a science technology intellectual in cheras history and there will a real identity in ideology
Now English has become international language , due to its usage in information technology. And a big percentage of world business is with United States. This is another reason. UK had lot of colonies in middle east and far east. Nowadays even china is encouraging English because of international trade.
For the 1st time RGV garu explain chesthunna swapna gariki ardham kaaledu People are developed so language is being adopted all over Akkada express chese freedom democratic ga untundi so they will express themselves in English without barrier and here the people shouldn't use some words
Everyone is saying the book is The Tightrope Men by Desmond Bagley. It's not, the quote is actually a paraphrase of the opening lines from a different book called Running Blind by the same author.
