As you said placenta is arranged in a manner that the mother blood and infant blood doesn't get mixed In 2nd pregnancy How does the antibodies in mother blood can recognise infant blood group
The blood of mother and foetus dont get mixed up bcz of placental barriers but the antibodies formed could crosss the placental barriers in subsequent pregnancies
