I have this model its 3 years old had to replace capacitor and tear down the motor and replace thermistor which cost maybe 17 dollars... just know this model the thermistor in the ecm goes bad

Very nice job! Nice units. Originals did not have returns for 40 years? Must have been original units to the house. Wonder how that passed inspection. Can't think how that even worked!!! The owners must really like stale air and high humidity. Crazy.

I have a Rheem Prestige 5 ton 20 seer heat pump that makes a loud crashing sound when the heat unit turns off. Is this normal?

Nice install, but I wouldn’t expect anything less than that from you. Does Home Depot promote Rheem heavily where you are at? I know HD offers Carrier, Lennox and Rheem, but here in Kansas they really promote Rheem verses the other brands
