I know how it feels too. You can't eat or sleep kahit pagod na pagod ka na hindi ka makakatulog, kapag kumakain ako naiiyak nalang ako bigla at sobrang bigat. I can't focus at anything even at work at lagi ako exhausted kahit wala naman ako ginagawa. Even my decision making is affected. Until now maskait parin and I'm having a hard time trusting. It's so sad how a break up with someone you really love can affect you. Pero one thing is crying and pouring it out unto the Lord. Faith, prayer and Hope.

Share ko lamang mga kapwa ko babae, everyone’s is different when it comes sa love. Madali magbigay ng advice sa tao, pero kanya kanya tau ng pag heal sa feeling natin.. mentally, emotionally, physically. But one thing na ma share ko sa lahat.. take one at a time, don’t expect anything to anyone ke sa karelasyon mo pa yan. Have limit and boundaries din sa sarili mo, kung puede 10% sa love at 80% sa sarili mo.. kasi pag binigay mo lahat lahat.. wala ng matitira sau.. never chased and never let your feeling na ma absorb ng isang lalake.. para kahit mawala di sya masakit..
