Thanks for this. You really get a sense of all of the issues that everyone is speaking out about. It looks like it would have been a cool venue if they scaled down the number of vendors and did staggered ticket times.
Fewer vendors in that small space would have helped, but you can still see the crazy accessibility issues. All the mud and such looks to be very dangerous for anyone with mobility issues, and the stairs would be impossible to get up.
U r one of the very few vloggers that were Dedicated enough to film that event ( it was so crowded it threw everyone else off) , u did a great job! And I like the format!
I've just heard about the drama and this event certainly looks too crowded and the electrical cords in the mud gives me anxiety lol In a dangerous situation, all these people would had been in a big trouble. But it seems like folks had a great time.
Gosh, I heard a lot of bad about this event but honestly, it isn't as bad looking as it was made to sound. Ok, there's a lot of people and some mud. Whoopdie doo. Every Christmas bazaar and craft fair is busy and outdoor events in autumn/ winter are muddy and wet. I wish I could have been there, the event looked awesome with amazing vendors I never saw at rhinebeck.
We all appreciate you taking the time and trouble of filming, Im sure it wasn’t easy with so many people and the mess. But, next time could you pan much slower? It was very dizzy and we couldn’t see the products long enough to enjoy them. Thanks again for doing this for those of us who couldn’t b there. 😊 P>S> I went into settings and slowed the speed down, much better.
Lol, watching back this footage I noticed a couple people I wish I had seen to say hi to! I didn't notice them in person, but now I see how closely I missed them... Wish I had had a chance to speak to you two as well!
I appreciate the time and effort you put into filming these events but the way you were swinging the camera around gave me a headache. None the less, I hope you had a fantastic time!
This looks crowded, but not the complete shot show so MANY RU-vidrs are complaining of... thank you for sharing video. Then again, I did not pay $55 to get into this!! LOL. That is perhaps part of the problem.
This video also isn’t a complete picture of everything that went into the event and its outcome. But it’s a great insight into the experience of someone attending, of course! :)
Please don't comment unless you were there. The conditions I experienced from 12 until 2ish, when I left were much worse than this. There was NO space between people. I hardly ever saw the inside of the booths due to the number of people. You also dont see the vendors who were blocking exits and sitting 3 to a 10'x6' area because they had never been assigned spaces despite paying $900 each for a 10'x10' space. As an attendee I was extremely disappointed because I was expecting a fun relaxing experience like last year. Thats why I paid $50 for a ticket. What I got was a standard fiber festival that even if it hadn't rained wasn't worth $50.
